I loved everything about the place, the reception was great, and the staff was professional and amazing. Breakfast was good and unexpected as I was not expecting it, especially with the money I paid and I feel their price are quite reasonable. I will definitely go back again. my room as exceptional. more like a home away from home. The Villa values your money.

I loved everything about that place. I am happy and satisfied. the place looks amazing, the stuff is amazing so in my personal opinion there is nothing wrong with that place. there is no need to change anything.

We liked how friendly the staff were,mama Gina was so welcoming. We didn't wait long for breakfast. The breakfast is to die for ,The property is in a very secure area with security personnel patrolling the area,it is close to the beach,Oceans mall and Gateway mall and fine dining restaurants.

We had a problem with parking because we were driving a double cap,it couldn't fit in to their garage,mam Gina suggested we park under a shade in the property but the gate would sometimes not open I think it had a bit of a problem, and also when there was another car parked we would struggle to open the doors amd get out of the car as the space was too small for two big cars.

We were welcomed by Gina, who was a wonderful hostess and together with her friendly staff run a beautiful, well -maintained establishment. The room was clean and beautifully appointed. It was serviced daily. The breakfast was excellent and all dietary preferences were accommodated. The Villa is ideally situated close to the beach and promenade and close to good restaurants. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone needing some rest and relaxation.

Cleanliness of the facility

The room does not have a seaview, although it was indicated on the bookings website.

The staff Duncan and Gina and the lady who Cleaned suite 5. The bed was absolutely wonderful very comfortable, the bathroom is very beautifully designed and decorated love the (walk-in) rain shower love it. Infact the whole place is tastefully decorated love that Tuscan style and finishings. Place is safe and secure in a great secure neighborhood. Love the fact that each room has a fridge, microwave and plates,spons,glasses (most places don't have that).

The breakfast I am used to better let me just say. The prepacked croissants were old and dry and hard. The portions too small for the hot food. (But that's what you get when you don't book in a hotel with a full buffet English breakfast. The parking space is too tight. The sheets had stains on them pink and black . The TV was not playing on the second day. The wifi signal is very weak they need to find another service provider or connection. There is no sea between the big trees, buildings and the fact that you're more than 3 streets away from the ocean you can't see the ocean. So really I could have been in Midrand or Eastgate and not know the difference because you're away from the sea

Location - nice neighbourhood - safe walking distance (± 500m) to all the shops, restaurants and beach. Ample secure parking for the rental as well. We could easily come and go as needed. Room - Suite 3 (deluxe) is spacious and private, and opens onto a peaceful courtyard and pool. Breakfast - excellent buffet offering more than enough to fill up before heading out for the day. Service - we had exceptional service from Gina and Thulani. Friendly and always eager to please.

Only critique is that the wifi was slow - had to switch to mobile a few times and, although there is DSTV, it didn't work very well.

Facilities are great. Nice big accommodation, spacious and clean. Rooms we had were large and very comfortable. Staff are very organised, friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast served. Close to village centre, shops, restaurants and beaches. Most enjoyable stay

No hot water in suite no 6 and aircon not working in suite no 1. Probably fixed in the meantime so not a big deal. No hand soap provided and body wash and shampoo provided is too small for two people to use. Need to bring your own.

The property is very beutiful and in a very affluent location. close to all powerful attractions and the beach

We were a group of 8. the Breakfast team could not handle our group. our breakfast was always too late, plates coming without other basics things requested, the team is not friendly when we request more food such as bread. they prioritised couples other than our group. i would rather say it is the best place for Solo or Couple travels

The lady who’s in charge was nice at the beginning on arrival ,when we made payment ,she honoured the booking and indicated there was a cancelled booking,and we filled it in,she was lovely by then and welcoming! To my surprise the last day we left everybody was mean and rude ,she didn’t even look at me when I handed the keys! It was like they couldn’t wait for us to leave! No body said a goodbye or have a smile! The look on their faces were just as if we stole something! I just dropped keys and left with shock! HER SMILE AND WELCOME WAS FAKE! The guest house is fine and close to amenities I liked it! But level of professionalism from lady in charge Bianca was low! You don’t treat your guests like that! He smile is deceiving! If you go there expect such or more!

Walking distance to the village. Friendly staff and rooms were very clean. Easy check in and lovely breakfast.

There was a big group during our stay so they were making a lot of noise from early morning. Our room was next to the pool so it felt like they were in our room. The parking at the back is for 4 cars and there were 7 cars so when we wanted to check out we had to look for the other owners to move their cars.
