The apartment is great, it's view from the balcony is beautiful. The yard is has enough space to chill outside and it has a swimming pool. The room was clean with nice furniture, I liked that the room has a private toilet facilities. Lastly, the lodge is situated in a friendly and quiet location, the shops are in just in a walking distance.

The area is far from town, it requires travelling and it's not perfect for pedestrians. The dstv subscription used does not allow some of the channels I wanted to watch.

The parking space-a need to plan each space as per rooms and keep the motor gate clear and was told to contact the property if you had a late night outing and come to sleep after 22h00...this is not on

They offered no breakfast as they claim that it's been two years they've stopped offering breakfast to clients

Nothing. Though I chose the place hoping to get breakfast but to my surprise there was none

Electricity was out for almost the whole day of second day stay, was difficult to exit the City as the phones were out of power due to electricity power outage. As a first time in the city our life was difficult

Besides outages nothing much

Staff is friendly and helpful. I was originally hesitant because of some negative reviews on the Internet. But for the price we paid it is value for money - more spacious than some hotel rooms, good breakfast, homely. No complaint.

Booking.com didn't do a good job though - Need to improve communication with the property. In my booking there is an amount that Booking.com says it pays, but the hotel said they did not receive this notice.

Having looked at the reviews before I went to the place, I was pleasantly surprised. The room is very clean and spacious, fitted with study table, fridge, TV and kettle, fan and an electric blanket. own clean bathroom. The suburb itself looks safe.

The bell at the gate requires you to get out of the car. The bed is a bit too firm for my liking and maybe a mattress topper would be a good addition.

The lady was so welcoming, kind and caring to us. A person who doesn't mind waking up just to make sure the guests are safe. Oh what a lovely woman and her staff.

All was well. I have no complaints.

The host was very friendly and patient with us that had to check in late as we were there to do photography at a venue till late. Thanks for the warm reception we had a good night's rest.

The moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff, throughout my stay they ensured that all my needs were taken care off, the rooms are top of the range, my stay was a 10/10 would recommend.. M.B
