Staff were most amazing people I have met. I told my friends they all fired because I have new friends at city lodge Rivonia. Blown away by the service I have stayed in best hotels in other countries nothing compares to your staff. Treasure them they are absolutely amazing

What was not to like. I have Insomnia your staff would sit and chat to me all hours of the night even when they were working. The pastries and lady who cooks food in evening give her a bells. You lucky I don't steal her for myself. Her food was like my ouma cooking Only dislike lady daytime manager very sullen and dosent interact with clients. Give her a pastry to cheer her up

the Chefs were amazing shout out to Ntokozo and Innocent they made our stay wonderful. We were exhausted after taking the first flight out of Harare and they really made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to my fellow Zimbabweans travelling to SA

the breakfast was ok but if you were to get up late say around 8 30 am most of the food would have been finished eg the mushroom. The breakfast menu should be expanded

it would nice to have a gym for those residing . this would create a good way for recreation. i did not like my in ability to use dollars. the hotel should offer the option.

The place is so nice, however, everything inside the room was too small for the price...the Vending machine for cool drinks and snacks was not working, and it seemed like it wasn't for a while. There are no other options.

Great service from team of Road Lodge starting from the Managers till other staffs was fantastic. Great location, very cool and close to the junction.
