The breakfast 😋

I loved the food and the spa treatments, the staff is helpful and amazing 👏

The swimming pool was not working and I wanted to swim it was very hot. The outside area on each room was untidy. The spa was not clean, a spa should have a gown and sleepers, after the session I was to oily, the spa should have a shower to rinse off the oil

Rooms were spacious. Good steaks at lunch. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Off-road secure parking. Well maintained gardens. Substantial breakfast.

No hot water in shower. Some of the patio furniture could do with an upgrade. Toilet window on ground floor isn’t private enough. Open shower in rooms could be a problem for non couples/ families sharing a room.

We liked how Brenda was welcoming and communicating with us. We felt very comfortable to talk to her more than anyone else there. The room was so beautiful and clean as well. We had booked for a standard room but we were upgraded to a luxury room with the same price. Loved it!

The parking space is secured but there were no shade ports.

The staff is friendly, exceptional and very efficient. I would like to thank Daphney in particular for being so caring and willing to go out of her way to make sure that we were sorted. I would really recommend the place and would really be going back. Thank you for such excellent service and hospitality.

The breakfast menu can improve.

It was a clean, friendly place. It had a unique style. The food was good. It was easy access to the Kruger Park.

They did not include the breakfast in the room as we were told we had on booking.

All the staff was amazing and the management was around all the time to check if all was good.

There was a sewerage pipe that didn't have a good smell. But I'm sure that was temporary and will be fixed.

It is a great hotel - the best Komatipoort has to offer, if you do not do one of the safari lodges close by. Modern, well-designed. Good food!!!

Maintenance is required in some areas to keep this as modern and clean as it should be.

The spa with best massage I’ve ever had. The relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant and the koi pond. Very nice rooms and garden. Friendly and helpful staff.

There is some gardening through the day that was slightly noisy while I was at the pool, but the garden is so well maintained. So small issue.
