Everything was excellent, The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, she knows how to treat people, the place was clean and linen n towels very neat aswell as the rest of the staff

Nothing of much importance, but i would maybe advise that you have side lamps in the rooms because room 2 did not have any aswell as a hairdryer but luckily i had brought my own

Shoes is clean, and comfortable. I really enjoy the location as well. It's quiet and convenient. Loved the fact that they have back up if you think of catching up with work even though the Wifi expectedly gets affected. and their breakfast

It would be nice to have a kettle for coffee and consider those who like toasted bread. Also suggest that a freshener should be applied especially after a smoker occupancy.

Not being caught off guard by loadshedding, the place had backup power. The room was clean and cozy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, there is a kettle; microwave oven & a fridge. Aircon plus electric blanket. Security of the guest house, there is a panic button in the rooms. Breakfast served here is nice and the overall service of the staff was superb.

The way to the property is so straightforward even for someone like me.who is from out of town. Sive the receptionist very friendly and proffesional. The room clean, smells nice and very comfortable. I'll definitely go on my next trip to Mthatha and will highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Yesterday morning i showered with cold water however this morning i discovered it was because i didnt know how to turn the water on right 🤣🤣

Neatness, staff was friendly, we had a problem with hot water and they responded quickly and only to find that we didn't open the tap the right way, ther was no problem at all.

The only thing I didn't like, is powered milk, I don't use powered milk, there are milk sachets they should use fir their guests.

The Receptionist was very friendly, and the room spacious and comfortable.

Bed pillows were not comfortable, but no different from those used by most hotels. We therefore travel with our own pillows. The basin is difficult for shaving, with no mirror, and the washbasin plug leaks badly. Wi-fi was erratic in the room.

The place was very clean and beautiful and the staff were very friendly also the location is so convenient for anything that mite be needed on a vacation.

That I can't buy breakfast at the venue if its not included on the booking. Only if that can be revised please

The room was clean. The staff was exceptional great .I loved the fact that my iron and ironing board were in the room for ease of use. I loved that I had a fridge in my room . The location was just perfect as my event was in Fortgale

Beautiful place easy to find, room was neat & clean smells good with comfortable bed, & with everything that is needed TV, WiFi, microwave, bar fridge, kettle, iron, back up Staff was superb I would highly recommend this place

I like the fact that we had our private entrance, everything in the room was just excellent and the staff was friendly too.
