Very clean, staff was nice, comfortable bed, luxurious towels and bedding 👌

Furniture is a bit dated.

We love the old lowveld feel of the property. Beautiful established gardens, old-feel building facade and restaurant area. Just awesome. Regarding staff, German, Paul and Elphus were just the best. Amazingly helpful, intuitive and caring. Sharp on their duties. Very professional and efficient. Communicate well. Phumeza on the other hand was a grumpy, unfriendly, unhelpful grouch. At first I thought it was maybe just a communication issue, but that thought was put to rest when, later during breakfast she insisted on pushing past me with a tray of dishes, forcing me to squeeze myself between another guests chairs and table just so she could (thanklessly) force her way past me. Seriously - she almost spoiled our breakfast with her useless careless helpless attitude. Unimpressed with her. She stands around doing nothing while the rest of the staff flit about being very productive.

Not much in the way of shade in the parking lot.

Easily accessible, clean and spacious room, nice breakfast and the outside environment is clean and beautiful. Check in was efficient and swiftly done. I'd really love to lodge in this hotel again in case I'm around again. 🙏🙏🙏

I was so disappointed and angry after my card was debited 3 times on the 27th Sept., reversed one payment and the other two went through instead of one. Spoke to the hotel after sending an email on Friday, 29th Sept. Despite my email and call on Friday, the hotel failed to refund my money, today on Monday, 02nd October I emailed again and even call but not yet refunded even now at 14h50. I'm so disappointed and angry because this exercise had inconvenienced me. I didn't expect this from such a big hotel. Not even a formal apology to date 😔

We stayed at the hotel for the long weekend while we toured the panorama route. Well situated and maintained. Staff was just exceptional and friendly from the moment we entered. Extra attention was paid to the little people. Lovely gift packs for them on arrival combined with daily slushies, popcorn and a jumping castle. Breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious and great value for money. Will definitely be back. Thanks for making our family break so special.

Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Best breakfast ever-wide variety of choices and very fresh. Dinner buffet also good. We stayed over Christmas-and Christmas dinner was nice and plentiful with free service alcoholic and non-alcoholic bubbly. Staff excellent-from desk, to cleaners, waiters. Boxing Day had free service slush and popcorn machine at the lobby. Rained entire time so didnt use pool or terrace.

Rooms could use a refurbishment.

My family and I really loved everything about what we saw at the venue from the red carpet at entrance, friendly staff, the room we were sleeping in, the whole building,breakfast was on point, pool area, the cleanness, the view on the outside and inside it's wow. The venue not far from all the areas we wanted to visit, and it is also surrounded by malls/ shopping complex where you can even walk if you want and the WiFi connection didn't give us a problem also the TV channels. We will definitely come back in the near future. # 07-10 October 2022 stay will always be in our minds/ thoughts, because we enjoyed ourselves and we are still feeling refreshed as we speak.🥰🥰🥰🥰

employees are very friendly and professional. We checked in late because our vehicle had a breakdown, the staff was very understanding.

We tried to take a short walk after breakfast but there is nowhere to walk, only one pathway leading to a closed gate. Otherwise we had to walk on the wet grass. I did not understand why there was only one 500ml bottle of water in the room when we arrived for us (two grown adults) to share, very disappointing. Perhaps consider unlimited internet like your competitors around the area. For a hotel with such prestige to only give guests 500mb in a high world like this where internet usage is high, very disappointing if unknown brands are already ahead of the curve.

Customer service

The price doesn't include dinner and breakfast and in my opinion it's a hidden cost. I strongly suggested this cost be inclusive on the accommodation cost Regards Blackbeard Selahla

This property is top class and great care is taken to ensure guests feel welcomed, a nice touch was the complimentary popcorn and slush for the kids as well as a small goodie bag for them. Although there wasn't much in the goodie bag the thought was appreciated. You can never go wrong with this place, the room is a bit on the smaller side and can comfortably accommodate a family having small children

Beautiful, family friendly with the right amount of entertainment. Perfect to relax around the pool and spend quality time with family and to recharge or read a book. Staff is beyond amazing. They’re friendly, helpful and seem genuinely happy to be there. An absolute pleasure to interact with them. I’d literally go back just for the staff. Travelled with a senior citizen with a plethora of allergies and meal options were limited for her however the staff always made sure to provide for her and check on her throughout our stay.
