I loved the room, felt very homely, it had a lounge and the bathroom was ensuite. Aircons in the lounge as well as the room. Considering this is their 'standard room' setup, very impressed. Was clean, queen size bed, nothing to complain about. On the day of arrival enjoyed their restaurant with lovely staff as well as lovely service. The food was good too.10 out of 10 will visit again.

Not enough coffee and towels and the bar was closed early Sunday night

The room was very clean and I had enough towels as I have requested them, after seeing other reviews the curtains were very clean

The bar man with hair was very rude and doesn't have customer care and has a short temper including the tall guy was no accommodating, when asking for something he will make you feel as if you nagging him his actions tells all that I think most staff there are not trained on how to treat guests especially the guys and some ladies the only person that was very kind and respects guests was the old lady from reception with dreadlocks and the cleaning ladies were very kind

I got the biggest room for the first time in my history of staying here and I was quite impressed with everything. It was nice and quiet which is exactly what I needed. The staff was very friendly and had I the biggest breakfast, I neeed it since I was going to run an ultra marathon. The lady who was serving was very kind, so unfortunate that I can't remember her name. Thank you...I will be going back

If only I could stay longer

Room clean and bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Meals were delicious and portions were a good size.

TV channels in room were not very clear. Could not watch world cup rugby final in room. So, we had to watch it in bar area with almost no sound.

The cleanliness and spacious room

There was only one staff member at reception and she was assisting a person with quotes, so we had to wait a long time before we were assisted with the check in. There should be a separate enquiries desk or booked clients should be accommodated first.

Nothing I can tell about these hotel because I wasn't sleep there ,they told me that they are full booked ,so I have to book at Riddison Blue hotel at Mhlanga ,Thank u🙏

the location is next to everything and it’s clean. my room was upgraded, thank you. reception service was great

the shower was a bit slippery and the bath tub is too high to step in. The amenities were enough for 1 person and we were 2, no shower caps

I particularly liked that we felt safe with the security always at the gate. it gave us peace of mind as we were travelling with young kids who were having their own room.

Situated near the industrial area of Pinetown, so good location for business stay. Rooms are large with large bed, desk etc. Good breakfast Safe parking Wifi is strong Next to shopping mall if something is needed
