Unfortunately I never had an opportunity to experience the breakfast as we had to leave in the morning.

Access at the main security gate was difficult even when we could prove beyond reasonable doubt that we had a booking the access code couldn't allow us in until the security had to call the receptionist and this situation created a havoc to an extent that we had to reverse our car back inconveniencing other cars while sorting the acces and had tojoin

welcoming, nice and happy staff, welcoming with smile, the resort is on world wide standard. entertainment accommodates all fdamily members and it is a place to visit again. well done guys with your fdacility.

the noise from the bar. it open till morning hours and the noise goes straight to the nearear rooms.

We loved everything about the stay..from the securities, the reception ladies Nonku and Nicollete, the porter KB, the staff at the restaurant, not to mention the owner Dillan, the food the drinks and the list goes on. The hotel room was so beautifully comfortable and clean, the view was amazing. We are definitely coming back Thanks The Mint @ the Blyde!!!

Guys please check the restaurant the girls there have great service but they lie about how much customer spent to increase their tip value. Look at the till slips they produce, every customer spends like 855 or 850 even though when calculation near the waiter, funds were balancing 2. Please give customers a choice to revert the choice of buying in the restaurant after 2 or 3 days food gets boring because same menu.. and we are forced to spend entire R400 otherwise we donated it, if we knew its not hotel doing the food we would have ordered different menus and trust me we would be fulfilled with a meal costing less than R300

I think other than food everything was 100% Forcing us to buy that much nooo man money must find a way to comeback especially if above certain level eg R100

The place was spotless. I loved how clean it was. It made our stay there very comfortable. The temperature in the room was just so perfect. And the staff? amazing. I would definitely visit again.

I did not like the fact that the visitors parking area is not sheltered. It exposed my car to too much sunlight. Please do something about that. I also did not enjoy the breakfast. It did not meet my expectation though it was not bad, it just doesn't match the resorts standard. The taste and texture made me feel like I was at a non-luxurious initiation camp of some sort. I would not recommend it especially if you're a picky eater like myself.

We loved the place a lot. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and made our stay pleasant. We enjoyed the facilities (e.g. spa treatments, the water park and several lovely spots to take pictures). The pizza, ribs and chicken strips from the restaurant were amazing. The setup in our room for our anniversary night was the highlight. When you're at the resort you forget you're still in Pretoria, that's how amazing the place is.

Very little honestly e g. The JOZI breakfast on the morning of the 9th was cold and dry which was disappointing however, this did not take away from the fact that the meal was delicious. We repeated the same order on the 10th and it was amazing and everything we expected.

The level of service was very exceptional and needs of customers was attended too at any given moment of the stay. The fact that the hotel itself gives an all access to everything within the precinct, it was a big win really, no hussles for one to access all the activities within the venue, it's definitely a good and recommendable place really. Cleanliness and hygiene was top tier quality from check in - check out date. Although the rain wasn't really on our side, we had the best of time by the Lagoon, so many breathtaking views from the hotel itself to the lagoon. And again, I'd like to applaud the Lifeguards by the Lagoon who are always on the watch to actually make sure everything is going accordingly and all the guests enjoy their canoeing & kayaking experience. It's a must go back place for m. I'm definitely up for another experience. It's definitely a hidden Paradise that no one wouldn't want to miss being at 😭.. I'm blown away. Definitely value for money >. Nice experience with my close ones ❤️

Nothing I didn't like. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The staff was very friendly, they gave us a very warm welcome. Which made us feel at home, they were going an extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They took us through by explaining all we needed to know, like what facilities can we access for free and how to access them. The rules, which were pretty much easy to abide. I loved the Lagoon Beach, the numerous activities one can do such as canoeing, as well as the fact that everything is near. The securities are also very much welcoming, easy to approach when in need of enquiring about anything. The room was very clean, with everything as seen on the bookings.com app, which implies that transparency is a priority for all visitors. I had the most wonderful weekend, I can say the best this week with my family. Should I get another opportunity to visit Mint Resort The Blyde again, without any hesitation I’d definitely go.
