The staff were excellent, they were very efficient and friendly. It was definitely value for money.

Unfortunately, we found that the bathroom was too small and the water getting onto the toilet floor was not something that was expected. The water in the shower also took a long time to drain away. Just a suggestion if shower curtains could be hung between the toilet and shower, hopefully, it would make a difference.

Sun 1 Help is number one this was our first time staying in Sun 1 and we enjoyed it me and my spouse sheard 1 room and our kids sheard room next to us Sun 1 personal staff very Friendly and help full , we will do our next booking again at Sun 1 love the place neer the see

The only thing was the shower , when we used it , the one side of the toilet did get wet , not a problem

Everything..I travel for work purposes and always stay over at sun1 their value for money rooms are really worth it…from their friendly staff especially Sne and Jakes well done to you guys always friendly and helpful..to the neatness and cleanliness of the rooms I highly recommend this place.

Room and bedding was very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Aircon worked as expected. Access control and grounds were in order. The coffee machine was out-of-order but the staff provided really nice instant coffee. Would have loved a Vending Machine for Snacks and hot drinks.

The location of the facility to the city centre. Everything was within reach especially the mall. The availability of the microwave to warm your food and continuous coffee at any time of day from the coffeemaker.

LOADSHEDDING, LOADshedding, loadshedding .... The facility did not have an alternative source of power during loadshedding period

Cleanliness of the room and functionality of equipment inside.

In the first room (215), there were cockroaches and we requested another room, though we ended up using room in a smoking area. Secondly, we lost a fast charger but will talk to management about it.

24/7 access

I was not happy the control of other clients entering or arriving late making noise every single day late at night for 4 night i couldn't have a peaceful sleep....kids are running on a passage around 00h30 midnight others they arrived drunk making noise it was worse!

Approaching was very excellent i find a man he was a receptionist i forgot he's name he knows how to treat people and the Indian lady i salute 😎

Nothing every thing was on point bedrooms shower ohh another thing please put DSTv we like to watch soccer im talking about my self But every is fine an smooth

Staff was so friendly and accommodating, the place was super clean 👌🏼, the water was hot even during loadshedding, check out time is 11am which is so convenient instead of 10am like everywhere else... almost forgot to mention how affordable it was.

The rooms were clean and the bed sheet were changed frequently

The checking in times are bit too restricted they should allow people to check in as soon as they are ready to do so not to be told to come back and ckeck in at 14:00pm what if you really don't have anywhere you can go for the meantime some people travel overnight from one province to Richards Bay only to arrive tired and sleepy and to be told to wait for 14:00pm to check in i really didn't like that part.
