The location is great. The room is very nice. It was comfortable and quite. I enjoyed my stay. Everything was superb, exceeded my expectation. I am happy most of facility.

the check in time. It was supposed to be 15h30 but i ended check in 16h15. I think the staff was not being considerate. I came early in the building but some people came after me and they started helping them. So i felt like,they they don't value me or my booking at their place by the time i get the key, i was very angry.

Location close to the city center which makes it not complicated to go for buying dinners in the closest restaurants, we did not had breakfast though. Ayanda in reception gaves us a warm welcome, had called prior and advised that we were running late for check in, he assured me that it all still good, our reservation is still secured. Clean rooms, television with dstv channel a bonus.

I wouldn't say there was much i din't , i could only offer an advice to whoever looking for a peaceful and quite night, that he/she may not experience that as the hotel is located right in the middle of the busiest spot in the town, you will wake up in the middle of the night/early morning due to ongoing daily life of the citizens

Everything about the lodge is exceptional staff is soo calm and collected welcoming although I faced difficulties them not bealiving my partner was old enough lol, but they handled the matter exceptional I am definitely going back there

Nothing actually except that the are some channels that are not available on TV but everything else is exceptional

Breafast wasn't included, but the location is good. Close to the taxi rank for those without cars. I didn't have a problem when checking in, the lady in the reception was very friendly and welcoming. Thanks!

Tv remotes not functioning properly. I was expecting to watch movies from DSTV.

The lodge is in town - literally close to the restaurants and supermarkets. Alao the stuff were amazing, they literally allowed me to check in early. 😭♥️ Their rooms are amazing too! If you are into grooving, the place is literally next to some club. But I couldn't hear the noise from my room - even though it was close to the club.

My shower didn't have a door, so as I bathed the water would split on the floor - and I have to step on it.. 😪😪 But I'm sure they're probably working on it.

There was no breakfast, but the customer service was very exceptional

The fact that I had to leave the key so that they clean my room, they should have spare keys that will be used by room service to access the room and clean while I'm out of the room

Not that much since I stayed one night but I was not happy about one lady that knocked at my door with force after extending my stay for an hour extra seemingly the receptionist did not notify the cleaning staff. The toilet seat was not properly cleaned also
