Easy to find & seamless check-in - MacLeeish was super-efficient. Upgraded to an executive room (highly recommended) - classy, chic, spotless & tastefully furnished. Spacious bathroom & comfort personified. Serene & attractive estate with manicured gardens & attractive surroundings. Executive rooms located around a central courtyard reminiscent of an authentic Italian setting. Excellent a la carte breakfast. All staff well trained, welcoming & exuding hospitality. Good value for money. A short but pleasant stay.

Room sizes reflected in booking.com grossly inaccurate & deceptive - will be requesting a partial refund. Error (hope not deliberate) needs urgent rectification. Rooms were < 50% of the advertised area - unacceptable.

The villas were luxurious, spacious, and very comfortable. Loved Anna's restaurant located a stone throw from our Villa, and the food was absolutely amazing. The staff are amazing, must commend management for such well trained and well mannered staff. Our overall experience was amazing and will definitely stay in the Villa's again.

The points that I am raising are miniscule, but I think it would improve the overall experience. a/ Lack of communication once we had booked our stay through Bookings.com b/ The TV bouquet is dismal in relation to the luxury Villa that we booked. c/ No hand soap or a soap holder/dispenser at the basin..

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me. I asked to move rooms as one of the rooms was a bit noisy due to having a childrens playground right in front of the room. There was no hesitation on their part to move me to a new room. The rooms are large, clean and the facilities are well maintained. Great restaurant on site too.

The first room I was allocated to has a childrens playground right in front of the room. I arrived mid morning after a long haul flight and wanted to sleep, but it was too noisy. The staff were very good at finding me a new, quiet room.

There is so much to say, dipite my 10pm arrival, from the get go the guards at the front where a pleasure to talk to everyone was very helpful in getting checked in. The rooms where superb, clean, spacious, comfortable. They had things I forgot and didn't know I needed, slippers and a chilled bottle of water waiting to be found. Breakfast was great (although you do have to navigate around it if you are a Muslim, they were still very helpful. Great stay!

I would love some more halal options at the breakfast.

the location is great. The interior and design of the hotel felt like I was somewhere in Europe

the housekeeper, we were out of our room for about 5 hours and we asked her to clean our room. when we came back it still wasn’t cleaned, only when we came back she wanted to clean our room and at that time we wanted to take a nap. Also the pool water is really cold, if they could heat up the water a little bit that would be great.

The breakfast menu is unsurpassed, from the excellent coffee to the wide range of dishes. we also enjoyed an early dinner (sadly, the kitchen closes at about 15h00 so you are encouraged to take a late lunch or an early dinner). But, oh boy! Superb is insufficient to describe the food. Look no further for an fantastic restaurant in Three Rivers, Vereeniging.

We were assigned a room adjacent to the children's playground and the expectation of an afternoon nap was immediately dashed. So, be advised to avoid the so-called French Quarters (rooms 38 to 42 or so).

Loved the spacious room Love the friendly and very helpful staff at Anna's Food at Anna's was delicious. Parking right outside our room was great. Felt safe

Our room was located next to a public toilet and at the crack of dawn (before 7am) someone was banging doors. The bathroom tiles were freeeeeeezing, a couple of mats or extra floor towels would have been great to stand on.

The staff were all about making it a memorable stay. Each and every one went out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Dinner at the restaurant was a bit disappointing considering the price, but again they did make my toddler his own plate of smiley’s and chicken strips so they truly try to accommodate everyone

Beautiful lodge with friendly staff and great facilities, the wifi is fast and the rooms all have airconditioning. Breakfast at Ann’s Kitchen that’s a lovely restaurant on site was divine and once again the staff was great. The Virgin Active gym is walking distance away and they do allow day visitors.

The food was divine, the room itself was very beautiful. On the Friday night we ordered Rump and it was dry and not tasty at all. We did notify the chef as well as the kitchen manager.

There is a stench that comes out from the bathroom particularly the shower and toilet. The smell was overwhelming.
