it is very close to the MRT station and bus stop. Bus stop is just in front of the door. there is also 1 7-Eleven at the same door with the hotel. Hotel offered free drinking water, clean, friendly staffs.

Check-in time is quite late, at 3pm, even when it is available, we have to pay extra cost to be able early check in. The room we booked is Family room. It was probably since a long time having no guests, it had a not good smell at the beginning.

they first gave us a smoking room, which was the 30 worst minutes of any hotel experience I’ve had- I had no idea I was in a smoking room. we only realised it because I said I wanted to change rooms as my headache was kicking due to the strong smell. plus bed sheets had stings once they moved us, the new room was much much better

The hotel is just a minute away from the subway. It's also near Busan Station, but if you have a big luggage, it would be hard to walk there. Best to get a taxi so you don't have to lug your suitcases around.

The room was a little dark. There wasn't enough lights.

The bed is really comfortable and the front desk staff is helpful

the housekeeping staff, they seems like not Korean and saw when they clean the room, they didn’t wear any mask

the bathroom is see through, so if you are traveling with other people and need privacy, you will have to use the bathroom in the dark.

Stylish room with comfy beds. Clean. Came with the usual amenities like toiletries, kettle, tea, coffee etc. They even have big bath towel, something which is rare in South Korea. Bathroom is very spacious.

I really have mixed feelings about this place. It is really stylishly designed, but I think the designer forgot all about practicability and only had style in mind when designing the room. The bathroom is huge but when you only have a 0.5m towel rack for twin sharing or double room, that space in the bathroom is redundant. There is no other rack in the bathroom, meaning the shower gel and shampoo can only be placed on the space behind the toilet bowl, which is separated from the shower by this thick wall. A bit dumb especially during the colder months when the last thing you want to do is to step away from the hot waters just to grab some shower gel. And there is not much space around the wash basin for one to place toothpaste and toothbrush etc. The room is also not designed for short people. My shorter friend could not reach the hangers in the wardrobe. There were chairs provided but the desk was so high and the chairs were so low that it made sitting by the desk uncomfortable. And the small width of the table meant that one could not place the laptop there.

Room was a decent size. Ready for a revamp as it's very shabby but it was clean. Shower looked like it was barely hanging on but bed was comfortable. We had a very good rate but wouldn't stay again if price is similar to newer hotels. Close to bus and subway (although a little bit of a walk underground). Staff not friendly but seems to be common across the country. Man in 7 eleven probably the nicest man we met in the country.

Needs a refurb. Didn't like only provide paper cups for coffee - not very practical.
