Ramada Encore by Wyndham Busan Station

Very near to Busan station. About a minute walk from Busan KTX station. You will see it right after coming out from the station. Convenient store is just beside the building. Easily accessible for people with luggages via flat road. Do not have to carry luggages up any staircases / uphill slopes along the way. We managed to check in at 1pm. The staff can speak basic English and friendly. Our room is on the ninth floor with lift access. The room view is nice. It is new and very clean, and the room space is decent. Wifi is provided. Bed is comfy. The mirror in the bathroom is big with bright white light for makeup. There is an intelligent toilet seat (with seat heating & washing function) and I like it a lot!!! As I turn on the “do not disturb” button, I greatly appreciate the fact that the cleaning staff would place 1 new towel & 2 bottled water in a bag and hang it on my door knob without me asking for it. Everything is sooooo good. Over all highly recommended.

I love the location! Its so convenient. Super close (5min walk) to Busan Station, 5min to the bus interchange. Busan city tour stops right in front of the hotel. There is a starbucks, dunkin donut and local bakery on the ground floor of the hotel which are good for breakfast. Otherwise there is Paris Baguette and Toms&Toms at Busan Station. Chinatown is round the corner. Not to mention the convenience for laundry and gym.

There is some renovation in B1 for the spa hence abit dusty when going to the gym and laundry room (jun-2023). Otherwise everything is good!

The location is close to public transport and easy to find food.

The staff is not really helpful when you ask how to go around by public transport, they will suggest you to take a taxi to go everywhere. Also the airport shuttle bus does not operate any longer, also the roof top garden and swimming pool are closed and they never update their facilities to booking.com. It is really misleading the guest. The dust behind the tv was very thick, it seems they never attemp to clean it, I don't expect it would be very clean but at least try to suck all the dust using a vacuum cleaner.

The location is perfect! I love Ramada Encore and its services. Many shops and restaurants everywhere and Busan station is a stone's throw away. Many good and affordable restaurants. Our bus tour stops in front of the hotel for the meeting place and drop-off point. taxi is easy to avail using Kakao Taxi. I will come back to this hotel for sure next time. The room has a perfect view. Staff are easy to communicate with and helpful.

the bathrobe and towels they gave us are old, there is an unpleasant smell, I hope they will change them to prevent bacteria as they do not match the elegance of the room in the hotel

It’s right next to Busan station. Very accessible if you are arriving by train. Easy access to the subway station (along the main road) for travel to other parts of Busan. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Chinatown is pretty quiet with nothing much but walk to the right beyond Lotteria and there is a morning market and supermarket down a side road. Interesting piece of local life. There is also underground shopping where the subway is. Look for Issac Toast nearby. Much quieter than the one in Myeongdong in Seoul.

It’s not really near key attractions. If you like the beach, you are better off getting a hotel at Hyundae which is almost an hour away. Seomyeon and Gwangboro shopping streets are accessible by subway.

It’s a compact & simple hotel. The room is clean, full window with amazing Busan view. Fit well with my situation of traveling - short stay to enjoy Busan. The Busan Station Main Entrances is literally in front of you. Everything in the room is very convenient. The bed, the layouts, the shower. The staffs are attentive, nice and quick.

Just one thing. I don’t like the room sandals. It looks like a reusable ones (brown artificial leather). I prefer to have the regular ones. A pair of fresh new white cotton room sandals. I’m definitely more confidence with the hygiene. Oh also the room space is efficient - you can say it’s small ^_^ maybe it’s not suitable for family with kids.

It’s great if you’re coming from the KTX station, as the hotel is next to Busan Station. It is a bit far from main tourist attractions, but there are plenty of transport options nearby (taxis, the subway, and buses). The bed was very comfortable. There are convenience stores, eateries, and coffee places all around the hotel. It was cheap to do our own laundry at the hotel basement (washer + dryer provided, but bring your own laundry pods or powder).

The room was a bit dirty when we checked-in (stray hairs + musty smells). But the cleaning crew did a good job on other days. It was a bit noisy. Our room faced the cleaning supply room, and we could hear them coming in and out. There are also a lot of other tourists in this very busy hotel, so there was always a wait for the lifts.

We liked the fact that it was close to the station. Also, the number of outlets including the USB outlet was great. The wifi was very useful and fast. The air conditioning unit was the perfect loudness and temperature. The fact that we could easily reach the supermarkets, shops and easily do our laundry was a help as well, especially in the rainy weather. Other facilities were available, even though we didn't have a chance to utilize them.

The room was unexpectedly noisy. Not providing toothbrushes was also a bit of an inconvenience. Having access to more clothes dryers would also have helped. We are used to odor removal sprays being provided in the room, so not having easy access to one was a bit inconvenient as well. Finally, in spite of the hotel having 4 elevators, it always took a surprisingly long time to reach our floor.

Perfect hotel for a shorter stay. Directly outside the KTX train station with direct access to cabs and subway line. Nice, clean and updated room with comfy facilities. Staff was friendly and it was easy to leave luggage there before/after checkout. There are coffee shops & convenient stores in the lobby & all around the block. I'm sensitive to noise and didn't notice anything from the outside or other guests in the night.

It's one of those rooms controlled with your keycard so keep that in mind if you want to keep things cold in the fridge while you are out. The rain shower has a frosted glass door into the main room. Mine did have blinds you could pull down but could be an issue if you are staying with people you don't want to shower in front of :) Neither of these things are dealbreakers just a head's up.

- The bed was !really! comfortable - loved the mirror lights in the bathroom for styling etc - CU right in the hotel - kind, English speaking staff - even though I turned on the ‘do not disturb’ button, the cleaning ladies made sure to leave some more water and towels in front of my door. This was really the first time that happened and was really lovely!

- didn’t like the area due to the homeless und drunken people on the streets yelling at you or throwing things at you cause you didn’t give them some money … - in the beginning it smelled really bad in the room
