Everything about this property was great. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. The room was big with loads of amenities and a kitchen station. There is a fee to use the electric stove. We really enjoyed that there was a washing machine in the room so you could wash your clothes. The toilet was small but it’s the standard in Korea. Good water pressure and they provide you with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was a table in the room which was very comfortable for us to have dinner in the room and relax a bit while watching tv. Netflix is available on the hotel tv too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The only negative points is that the rooms are not fully soundproof so you can hear the people next door. The breakfast was tasty but not a wide variety, unfortunately.

Great room, great location, great staff. The washing machine in the room, the publicly available iron and ironboards in the business center, and the 7-Eleven on the ground floor were all a massive plus!! 5-minutes walk to Kintex 1 & 2.

Breakfast: quite limited choice, and not enough seats — had to queue for about 15 minutes before being seated on a regular weekday at 8am, that’s not the type of experience business travelers can afford on a workday…

This locaiton is very good. there is a convenient stort at 1F so you could get almost everything you need there. The hotel offers BBQ restaurant discount 10% and we tried the BBQ, it was very good. There is an Isan lake park near by, if you have free time, please take a walk to visit the beautiful part. In general, I enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

The breakfast is great! The location to KINTEX and shopping malls is prefect. It's clean, compact, smart and you are not disturbed by the hotel staff. I didn't sight and cleaner while in k-tree, yet they come around to clean.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Has washing machine in room. 7/11 in the hotel lobby for small needs. Near Kintex if you are attending exhibition.

Location 15-20 min walk from nearest subway (metro) station. Airport bus availability is very less.

Excellent location, with a Hyundai Department Store on one side and Kintex on the other. Great routes nearby to go jogging in the morning. The hotel has a 24-hour business center and a proper gym, and the Oksang bar at the rooftop is a must-visit: decent breakfast with even better views and decor! And for once, a hotel in Korea with extra large and fluffy robes

When the floor outside of the shower area gets wet, the runoff does not drain and just pools around the toilet. But it’s only a minor nuisance.

perfect location to KINTEX, supermarket and surrounded by local restaurants, also provides in- room washing machine and mini kitchen, really business travelers friendly.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel the most. It was very convenient to Kintex hall and also to some restaurants and shopping malls.

The breakfast could be improved by varying the items, as it was the same everyday.

The hotel is stunning, the staff is super helpful in both Korean and English, and the rooms are very comfortable. My friend and I had a wonderful time and will definitely be staying here again.

The open-ish shower made it a little awkward to try to shower without getting the whole floor wet, but that's a very small problem.

The Hotel was good enough over all. It was clean, and quiet (my room was the end of the hall). And there was Korean + Western breakfast.

The room direction was wrong when I tried to find our room. We followed the direction, but it was a deadend. The direction info was wrong. The shower wall or curtain was non-existent, so water was splashing all over.
