Breakfast was perfect. Many different kinds of Korean, western food. every day the menu was different and quality was high compared to other hotel's regular breakfasts. In other words, it was a great deal. The employees couldn't be any kinder. I don't remember her name but she asked me every day how I was and even on my last day, she asked me how my stay there was. She genuinely wanted to know my opinion. The location may not be in the middle of Seoul, but if you would like to enjoy different kinds of Korean food every day, it couldn't be a better place because there are hundreds of restaurants within five-minute walking distance. For the view, I could see the botanical garden from my window and it was a refreshing sight after hard walking for the day and a beautiful greenery in the morning. For the actual room, I was in a two-bed bedroom and it was on a smaller scale. However, the housekeeping was done every day unlike some other hotels so me and my daughter could come back to a freshly made room every afternoon. I would absolutely visit this place again.

The location was not like other five-star hotels like Lotte or Hyatt as it is located in the western part of Seoul. But all the other amenities and local facilities more than make up for it. If you have a business in the area, I would recommend this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the room is spacious and so clean! The staff are all nice and helpful. Check-in/out was a breeze. The king size bed is so comfy, with fresh linens everyday and there's a couch that could also serve as a bed. They were also able to provide a crib for my baby and they helped us with sterilizing my baby's feeding bottle in their kitchen. Thank you, Courtyard! :) The location was also good - quiet neighborhood with a nearby commercial area with lots of restaurants/convenience store, etc. We did not mind that its location is far from the city center because the Magong Naru AREX station is just a few meters away, and it was just a one train ride going to/from the Incheon International Airport.

I just wish they had a toilet bidet :)

Everything excellent, everything ran very smoothly. Great staff and customer service. Very clean rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Great location.

Only one negative was their dinner buffet. It was disappointing. Needs better food options for the price they are asking. But great food options around the hotel.

Beautiful and extra clean, with a helpful staff. There is plenty of restaurants and shops all around, and the metro station connects you with the city center and both the airports.

It takes quite some time to reach the city center with public transports. The breakfast is excellent, but also expensive.

The LG botanic park next to it, is really nice and clean. Great place to walk and be active. THe district itself offers great Metro location to both Airport and great spot for many restaurants.

As a regular customer i am always experiencing card payment issues. I cant pay with VISA and MAESTRO cards, however in the nearby restaurants there is no problem. I ues is the card-terminal that is causing problems, please update that.

Very good location: easy to get from either of airports and easy to get to the city center. Metro is super efficient. Botanical garden is very nice. Surrounding area is full of restaurants, cafe and grocery stores.

On-sight restaurant (buffet) was quite crowded.

Great location for an early flight at Gimpo. Staff went out of their way to advise us about tteokboki restaurant, which turned out to be a highlight of our Korea trip.very comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful stay, great modern clean rooms with high quality basics and perks. The staff was specially attentive and really took care of our needs and requests.

We had minor issues with housekeeping and room service but nothing that bothered us too much.

Great location with botanical garden next to it and really close metro station. Room service really good and reasonably priced.

Staff are so friendly , bed is comfortable, also the room is very spacey and location is great . It is near a commercial area , so you can get food nearby easily. Also they have park nearby , very nice place to go after dinner.

You have to call the receptionist when you ready to go out, then they won’t charge you parking fee. If you forgot , it might annoy. Should make the parking system more smart.
