The hotel had a great location near convenience stores and restaurants. It's also near the main highway in case you need to get on a bus or hail a cab. The room I got was a bit small but very comfortable - the airconditioning was cold enough, water heater worked properly, the toilet had a bidet. They also provided the towels and toiletries. Lastly, internet was consistent and fast so I was able to get some work done and do online meetings.

Staff was very accommodating but communicating in English was a bit of a challenge. This was expected but it would still be nice to be able to request for things more easily.

Young Woo at the front desk is outstanding! A wonderfully warm, hospitable welcome with a big smile. This phenomenal man really understands how to treat guests and will go above and beyond for you. Perfect English as well! Thank you so much Young Woo! Stayed in a standard double room. Was super clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Fantastic TV, with so many English channels and movies! A beautiful art gallery and relaxation area downstairs! Strong wifi, great rain shower! Great location, quiet, with a 7/11 right next door. Highly recommend!!!

The bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable and hurt my back. Far too soft and you could actually feel the coils through the mattress. Ouch! Didn’t sleep good at all. Other than this, the hotel was perfect.

Stayed 2 nights in a standard double room. Friendly, helpful staff and hotel was modern and clean, as was our room. Loved the space, comfortable bed, and bathroom which was nice and bright and had a shower with screen, overhead rain head as well as a hand held one. The shower also had a shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser. Tv came with a huge selection of channels, including some English ones, YouTube and Netflix. We had to seek help though to use the controller, which was different to what was in the instruction manual. Didn’t have or see anyone having breakfast so can’t comment. Location was perfect, with the bus (sorry can’t recall the no.) from the KTX dropping us off about 100 metres away, a 7/11 close by, within walking distance of most sights, and a flat 1.3 km to the Express Bus Station. We caught a taxi there for KRW4,000. Would definitely recommend the Hotel.

In a great location to walk to the sights in town and an easy walk to bus stops to travel to sights further away from town as well as to and from the intercity bus station ( in town ) or the train station ( a bit further out of town). Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was modern and a good size. Option to pre order a breakfast at 3,000 Korean won per person was useful and with juice and coffee/ tea available as well as cereal, yoghurt, toast,boiled egg and a small portion of fruit it was good value and saved time in the morning. We were greeted every time we entered the hotel and we had a lovely chat with some of the hotel staff and they were happy to help out such as an extra pillow and luggage storage.

Window in our room was quite small which could be a problem for some people though it could be opened to let in fresh air.

The hotel is modern yet very warm and cozy. The gentleman at the reception checking us in was extremely sweet and welcoming. The property is better in person and the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The tv in the room has YouTube and Netflix. The location is fantastic. Cafés and restaurants are just walking distance as is the local transport. Overall an extremely pleasant experience. Would love to come back and stay again.

The hotel is located in a very good position to explore the archeological sites by foot. The hotel is newly rennovated, the room size is very good and overall the organization is compfortable. The cleanigness was excllent.

In general no complains. Some very minor things like would have been nice to have a big cup to make a tea instead of small paper bekers. Also the bed for my taste was slightly too soft, but is trully a matter of taste.

Clean, really new building. The bathroom was incredibly spacious - did not expect it. Very good value for money! My friend forgot her phone in the taxi and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us get it back. Really amazing experience with both the amenities of the hotel and especially the staff - highly recommend!

Zero complaints

The location is nice next to the shopping street. If you don‘t like to walk maybe would be a bit far from the tourist spot or the downtown. The room is nice and very quiet. Amenities are so detailed and caring. Much appreciated!

Don‘t get me wrong that anything went wrong or bad. Just a recommendation for a better welcome. The bed might be too soft and a bit low/sunken in my opinion but the duvet is good. The curtain in the bathroom is stinky and a bit old. This should be improved because the first impression about the smell of the room is important. The rest is nice!

I really liked the stay here. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the staff is very helpful and super nice. Most of the rooms don't have a view but they have a small window, which I liked, since I don't like sleeping with the AC on. Sightseeing from here was easy with loads of restaurants around. The bank around doesn't accept foreign credit cards but there is an ATM in the 7Eleven at the same corner, that does.
