Location, location, location! Stayed for five nights and visited most of Gyeongju's tourist attractions on foot or by car. Very friendly and attentive staff (24h), clean rooms, nice breakfast assortment, complimentary coffee, tea, water throughout the day; free parking space. Kids enjoyed the gaming zone.

Familiy Suite does not have a window, only air conditioning and air filters - becomes a bit sticky and humid when using the room with six persons.

Good location to go to most touristic place by walk. Unexpected free breakfast and drink availability. Free laundry and dryer for daily wash your clothes, therefore, no big package is necessary for long staying. Game room(X-Box) and Free massage are also available in free of charge. I would recommend to visit this hotel if you want to trip in Gyeoung-Ju place.

The hotel is very well placed for the bus terminals and the tour company . It is also easy to walk to rhe closest tombs and to use the local buses. The staff on the desk were excellent in recommending a local restaurant and obtaining a tourist map. Although English is not their strong point they made good use of translating apps. The hotel is very modern and has good free coffee.

- The hotel was 10 minutes walking from the main street of Gyeong Ju - that was nice. A McDonalds is right next to the corner and if you arrive by bus the hotel is 2 minutes away by walking - The receptionist was so kind and helped us to find a wheelchair place as one of my family members was injured and needed one. - The bedroom size is decent and it has a machine that irons your clothes and leave them as brand new. Bed was very comfortable

The hotel sent us so many messages in a short period of time right after our booking making us a bit confused. On top of this, they sent us a message a 18:45 saying that if we don’t show up at 19:00 they will mark our reservation as “no-show”, giving us only 15 minutes to reply. Apart from that, once we arrived everything went smooth. The breakfast is a bit limited and windows of the rooms are a bit small

The facilities were very clean. The staff was friendly. An interesting variety of amenities was available in or near the basement lounge: free laundry with washers and dryers; foot massage machines; full-body massage chairs; a PC room; gaming areas. 24-hour availability of coffee and chilled water.

Breakfast was not appetizing: there was no protein among the available options. The bed was too hard for comfort. The basement lounge area was not accessible if you couldn't climb stairs. (Not a problem for us, but might be a problem for others.)
