The woman who worked there was absolutely lovely and very helpful! I arrived at around 1600 and she gave me a map and pointed to the three most important things to see and basically pushed me out the door telling me to go now and start walking! Really proud of her city. I didn't use it, but if you like to watch TV, you'll feel like you're in a cinema…

To be honest, I booked this hotel thinking it was right next to the train station; as it happens, that train station is now closed and is located about a 25-minute bus ride away! My own fault.

Booked this at the last minute fully trusting the positive reviews, and I’m glad I did! As many others have said, the lady was lovely and the room was very clean and had everything I needed. The decor is a little different but it honestly made a nice change from the sameness of every other place I’ve stayed. It’s very easy to walk to the attractions and historical sites in town, and there are bus stops conveniently located for trips further afield.

The Lady owning the motel is the most adorable one. Everything is available for use, including coffee, water, wicrowave, toothbrush etc etc. She lend us some umbrella when it was raining and were always around to answer any need. She was able to speak some English.

It's an old motel so room smell a bit like old cigarette. But it's OK if let the window open a bit. The rooms are not very big but all the things around and the availability of the host make this not being a big deal at all...

Despite being unsure at first about going to a Korean motel we were very pleased with the stay. We were clearly staying in a room made for tourists. We think there were orher rooms for couples on different floors. The room included floor heating, a heating mattress and a giant flat screen with access tonetflix. The owner of the motel was very friendly and even gave us umbrellas when it was raining outside.

The facilities were a bit quirky, but the woman who ran the motel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. And there was a bathtub! The location was convenient for access to historic sites in the center of the city and just a block or so away from the traditional market. Public transportation was close by. And, not unique to this property, taxis were plentiful, if you didn't want to wait for a bus.

English-language instructions on the use of the TV control would have been helpful. I pushed random buttons until I found what I wanted, but I couldn't repeat the sequence! Be prepared for stairs. All guest rooms are on floors 2 and above and there is no elevator. Weirdly for Korea, the nearest convenience store was several blocks away, not a fault of the property, just a characteristic of the city.

The location was really close to the city center. The owner (a woman working there) was very nice and gave me a map of the city and information about the attractions. Water, paper toilet and cups were free. The rooms was more specious than expected, also it was very clean.

The only negative point was that toiletries were not small packs for individuals. It was large packages shared for all travelers staying in a room. Although, with this price that is understandable.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. Spacious comfortable room, with daily room service ( which is not usual in many Korean hotels), all functional, and cared about by the lady ( owner probably,) who takes special effort the guests to feel great at this place. This is where I would stay in Gyongjiu again. Thank you

Very nice Lady, very helpful, clean every day , WiFi fast .. big towels (sometimes lacking in Korea) lots of shampoo, toothpaste and even shaving foam. shops and restaurants near , pub 2 rounds with good wine 5 min walk . Lots of coffee shops around .. taxi stand 5 min walk.. city center 10 Min walk

The fantastic host!!

No lift, but the owner helped to carry the luggage. We tried to add an additional night but didn’t understand that we had to do that through the booking site. By the time we got back to the hotel, that additional night, and learned that we didn’t have the room reserved the last minute price on booking.com was DOUBLE!
