The location was very nice. Close to a nice park, the waterfront, and tons of nice restaurants. The location is quite a bit away from downtown Seoul, but very close to both airports, which was what we were looking for.

The loft was very tiny, so for westerns, it was definitely a struggle getting up and down the steps to the bed area. One of the rooms came with a balcony, and the other didn't, though they were the same price. It didn't matter to us, but just something people booking should be aware of.

The hotel is amazing value regarding location, price and the style of apartment you get. It’s exceptionally clean and everything looks new, there is a supermarket, Starbucks and many restaurant in walking distance. You can even walk to the beach area in 15 minutes. The sea view apartments are stunning

The staff needs more training and they are often overwhelmed due to language. They are nice but it causes some really frustrating situations where they couldn’t locate my stored luggage. The room temperature was too hot for me and you can’t adjust it yourself. I had to leave the window open most of the time. Just sad but for the price I paid acceptable

The bed was very comfortable, check-in was easy, the room was clean, and Jun (on night shift) was very friendly and helpful with advice for both the room and for nearby places to get breakfast. The room had air-conditioning, which is a must-have in summer, especially for the mezzanine floor beds. The photos were accurate (the mezzanine ceiling is about 4ft (~1.3m) high so you have to crouch to access that bed).

Apparently there are 4 Blue Ocean Resident Hotels. I gave the taxi driver the address but the driver claimed he didn't know which of the 4 it was, so we had to drive around for a while. Reception is on level 2 and can be tricky to find at first.

excellent expérience and very nice surprise: kind service, 24 jour réception (!), Super great location with a cute area all around and plenty of bars, restaurants, bakeries etc, great spotless room with lots of storage and brand new equipment incl kitchen and washing machine, great views, rooftop garden with even better views over the bay. And if you have a car: free parking and only 30 mins drive to Muuido, nice small peninsula with lovely quiet beaches. What else could you possibly ask for? At a reasonable price, of course. I give 5 *!

everything was great!

We had two rooms. The large one was really spacious and comfortable with a lot of light. Clean and with the most of what you need.

The smäller room was a bit too small, there was no place for the suitcases, you had to put them on the upper floor. No big deal if you don't have a problem with very steap stairs. We stayed for two nights and the smäller room was mot cleaned once. At least the trashbin which was very small could have been emptied. There were nothing at all, except three cups in the kitchen. Why would I have a hotelroom with a kitchen if I can't use it. We ran out of soap and bodywash, but as they didn't clean, there was not a refill. A lot of waiting for the elevators. A lot of negatives, but I really like the hotel and would stay again,.

Sufficient living space. The Kitchen had a fridge, microwave and washing machine. We got fresh Towels and water everyday. The Bathroom had Soap and Body lotion. Not too far from the Bus station.

It was a little loud outside when people came in and out of the elevator. It would have been nice if the bed was a little bigger so 2 people could sleep on it. It was warm at the top where the bed was. The Elevator took ages to come up. A manual for the washing machine in English or other languages would be helpful especially for foreign Hotel guest.

Exactly what I had imagined! Ample room, cozy feeling, and even your laundry and kitchen! Perfect for long stays and even to cook! Loved it!

Just some minor inconveniences; for example, one day I had placed a magnet asking to clean my room after I was back from work, but when I came back, the room was still dirty. Thankfully, they cleaned up after I told the front desk about it next time. Also, it's hard to adjust the bed's temperature with their small machine, so it might be uncomfortable to lie there and sleep if you can't set the temperature right away. Finally, I thought the location was a bit closer to a beach, but I was wrong. Still, it's not a bad location; it's simply far away from many things and it makes it less exciting. Nothing too bad about it, though; after all, it's very close to the airport, so all in all, it's good if you need quick commuting to your job.

The ocean view is well worth it.. It was beautiful watching the sunset from the windows. Which by the way you can open even though we were on a to floor. Not the safest if you have kids

It would have been nice for the room which had a full fridge, stove top burner, and washing machine to also have a microwave in the uni vs needing to go diem stairs

The location. Quite far from downtown Seoul but a good & relatively quiet neighborhood with food places, convenience store and a park nearby. Good if you're looking for a more laid-back accommodation or holiday. But if you're looking to experience the more vibrant / rush of Seoul then this might not be the best location (due to the travel distance to Seoul)

Nice room with lots of space and lovely views. Had what we needed for one night. The robes were a lovely touch. Also, the roof terrace was a lovely surprise, and great view over the city. The location was great too- lots of food options around

Although there was a basic kitchen, it had no utensils. A couple of plates and cutlery would have been great to use the space as we intended eg: breakfast in the apartment
