Property looked as advertised. Beautiful and quiet.

Wished there was a restaurant on site (besides breakfast) or for the bar to be open at night. Other good options within walking distance. Shuttle doesn’t run on Wed & Thursdays. Bummer. But taxi ride to the airport cost about $15. And bed was a little hard but not unbearable.

Close to the airport. The hotel is a part of an eco-friendly programme and so it does not provide disposable toiletries.

Unfortunately the free airport shuttle does not operate on Fridays and Saturdays. The bar did not serve bar snacks at 9pm.

A modern hotel with nice rooms, comfortable bed, clean room, etc., and pleasant location in a fishing town with many seafood restaurants. It's a 3 star place, but is well worth the price I think.

The breakfast is so-so to be honest, in a canteen style basement location, so not great in terms of that aspect. They disabled the air-conditioning in the rooms, so while advertising air-conditioned rooms, this is not true, and I was told if I get hot to open the window, and if it gets cold, then turn on the heater. Lack of air-conditioning would have made me book elsewhere if I'd have been aware. Reception staff were not very friendly either, and when I asked for a late checkout, I could only get a 2 hour extention which I had to pay additional for the 2 hour extension.

The airport was easy to navigate and I was in and out with relative ease. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and I must say the taxi driver was AWESOME! He defended me when there was a situation at the airport as we were leaving in his cab. The ride seemed long to me as this was my first time in South Korea, but actually it was only about 10 minutes! Upon arrival I was met with very polite and welcoming staff who made the check in process quite welcoming. The room was absolutely clean. The sheets were beautifully white and smelled fresh. I did my usual bed check and happy with it. The mattresses were a bit hard for my taste but they were comfortable. There were two beds and we had a beautiful view of the River. The hotel provided the basics and I must mention the water pressure was EXCELLENT! Closing the drapes at night provided the coziness needed for a great night's sleep. The quietness of the hotel was just what I needed after a 7 hour flight and before the 13-hour leg to New York! I will definitely recommend this hotel and use it for short stays!

The mattresses seemed hard. To improve maybe guests could have the option of getting a pad for the bed.

The hotel shuttle bus could have drop us off at our Terminal (Terminal 2) and save us from lifting our heavy luggage on and off the shuttle bus provided by the airport.afterwards especially when my wife was disabled. Luckily, some young Koreans saw our predicament and helped us with the lifting of the luggage and we left early enough from the hotel to have sufficientt time to rectify our misunderstanding without missing the flight. As this was our first time visiting Seoul, we have no idea the terminals are so far away from each other.

We stayed only one night before our flight back home, but we couldn't ask for a better last night :) The room was spacious, clean, the staff were very nice and helpful and the location was good as well (although the city was quite dead, still it was nicely connected to the airport - besides bus, taxis you can also book transfer from the hotel, and the shops were close). Would definitely recommend!

The facilities were great and the convenience store underneath was very well stocked. The shuttle was great to get back and forth to the airport.

If you are getting the regular Sydney to Incheon flight that lands at 19:00, they will not wait for you. I didn't have any luggage and we landed on time and I made the bus at 19:28 and we left at 19:32. I know that there were people who missed the last shuttle as they were on the shuttle with me the next morning.

It was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I liked that the reception area was really large and there was even a weighing scale for luggage. It’s also next to a really beautiful park which hosts a beautiful view. It was great that there were many convenience stores, cafes and restaurants arounds. Really relaxing location.

It is important to remember it is on the island which is different from Incheon mainland.

I loved the size of the double bed, the room was bright, the TV had a great selection, the kettle worked, it was quiet clean and peaceful. Easy to get a taxi from too.

I had to clean the shower head as the pieces of limescale were so thick they started falling off when I turned the water on. Other than that it was great stay!

The room is big. Everything was really clean and also the staff speaks really good English and were really nice and helpful. I asked for them to book me a taxi for 4am because I was afraid that If I called a taxi from my app it wouldn't come on time. And they helped me with that. There was 2 bottles of water in the room. Enough plug ins and a lot of them close to the bed. Big and 4 towels. A big TV. In general the room was perfect with an amazing view to the sea~

It wasn't a big deal but around at 2am the aircon started to do weird noises so I woke up but besides that, everything was excellent
