good vibes, good service, good view, the staff are very friendly and can think in the customer's shoes, really enjoy our stay here and we hang out a day in the hotel. deserve a second visit and stay, everthing is perfect. get used to saying hi with every person I meet, haha.
nothing bad at all, actually. maybe a free welcome drink in the evening can attact more people to stay in the lounge facing the ocean, and creat more good vibes and memory for the tourists. That's only a piece of advice I find in another hotel in Toyko, Japan. good memory.

Best location for a quiet getaway. Get an Oceanview room if you can. Also not bad for sightseeing and eating out by taxi and limousine bus, even if you're not up for renting a car.
There is no convenient store within the hotel. The carpets are pretty old and beat up. It's time for new carpets. There was a crazy couple fighting. It took too long to control the situation. But I blame the police more than the hotel staff on this matter. They ruined my last night there. But other than that, overall staying was good.

It’s a little bit old fashion, needs renovation, I guess, yet it has its own charm Free parking with lots of spots, there is as well a shuttle bus to the airport. Tasty breakfast with various options. Exceptional views of the hotel area, like mini lake with Korean traditional style pavilion, as well you can easily reach to the Jeonbang falls by foot, since there is a scenic coastal path towards it.
A little bit old, as I already said, didn’t has beach access, indoor pool is quite small, outdoor one closed (at least it was during our stay in the middle of September)

The price-performance ratio of the hotel is very good. The location is phenomenal with a very large and well-kept garden. We cannot understand why the hotel should be outdated. The furnishings are well maintained with no signs of use. There are two nice pools with a pleasant, cool temperature. The breakfast was also varied.
The pool already closes at 6.30 pm, it's too early. The sunbeds could be more comfortable. It was very annoying that loud music was played all day by the pool.

The breakfast was probably the only European breakfast I've ever had in Korea in all the times I've visited the country. Excellent choices! The view of the sea from the room was beautiful! All in all, it's got that 90's feeling of a 5 star hotel.
The staff immediately asked us at check in to provide a PCR test result, even thought they weren't asking any of the Koreans for it. And even though we had arrived from Seoul and in Korea more than a month before the reservation. I felt very offended by that. Also, they mistook me for someone else, because they only approximated my passport name instead of matching it with the reservation. So they basically tried to give me a 3rd floor room even though I had paid for a high floor room with a view. Let me tell you, you can't see past the trees from the 3rd floor or at least not as you would from the 5th or higher.

Location! Beautiful scenery right in front of seashore and there is Jeongbang fall right next to the hotel. Convenient to visit Halla mountain and other tourist places. Breakfast was outstanding and so as all the staff especially cleaning lady did great job every day. Hotel itself has a lot of history. Love it so so much!!

Breakfast buffet was good with huge choice and variety.
We were disappointed the outdoor pool was empty - we purposefully booked this hotel to have some relaxation around the pool. This should have been notified at the time of booking. The indoor pool and fitness centre incurred addition and expensive charges.

the surrounding parc and nature are really beautiful, most staff ( not all ) are bery friendly
continous loud and repeated music at the outside pool. inside pool is old and not attractive. overall, very pricey hotel and you’ll be charges extra for everything ( toot brush, compulsory swimming cap).

Although hotel is old, it is very clean and comfortable. Beds are super good. Personnel is great and professional. In addition, ocean view is amazin and food in the restaurants is delicious.
Hotel is old, does not look and feel like a modern 5* hotel. Maybe a solid 4*. Bathroom is very basic and small.

Excellent breakfast quality and variety, exceptionally kind staff, lower price
Distance from Seogwipo, extra charges for facilities, very noisy bed cover (loud rustling)
