Good breakfast and I didnt expect it to be included on my reservation since I specifically didnt purchase it. Maybe they made a mistake since I had 2 reservations or they were being nice. I had the ondol room first which was not so good but I dont think I am the intended audience. I thought it would be cool but it's just a thin mat on the floor, and I mean thin. As in, I'd be annoyed if I slept there for free, never mind paying for it. The second room, an ocean view twin room with a large double bed was much better, no complaints at all. If I had known breakfast would be included and that the ondol room was so foreign to what I expect from a hotel room I would have chosen it from the start. But no big deal about it. Also the internet is extremely fast. Typing this from a hotel with 1MB/s capped internet, ShinShin has 10+MB/s connection.

Rooms have a large refrigerator but no microwave, there is one on the first floor. And no option for "do not disturb", the maid always knocks and then you have to ask for everything piecemeal. There were Thai maids on the 8th floor, they were much more professional, when they knocked, they had everything ready to give to me (towel, 2 waters, coffee), no fuss. Korean maids on 3rd floor were persnickety about stuff. No big deal. Cleaning when I wasnt there was otherwise good.

Breakfast was good, Got Korean food and small buffet to choose from. Room with Sea View. TV has 100 over channels but TV difficult to turn on. Wash machine works well in room but no dryer, so have to hang all over the room wait to dry. Room door has a stopper attached, useful for me when I go to 2nd room. Have a kitchen sink but no stove or microwave, Have kettle to boil water. Walk to famous market is nearby, 3 mins walk away. Food options is a bit limited as some eateries not open, maybe it's non-peak tourist season in Nov/Dec. Bed was hard for hubby but good for me. Bonus was a walk in closet for each room, we love that. :)

Staff not very friendly but polite, Limited English. I wanted to get 2nd card as we have 2 rooms, staff do not understand. have to use Google Translate to help. 2nd card needs a 10,000 won deposit. Bathroom is small but good enough. Parking within hotel building is very limited but the opposite is Shin Shin Ocean hotel, so can park there too.

Breakfast is good as the menu changes daily -a good variety of local & western food, except no English tea. Location is close to Olle market, culture street & restaurants.

1) pillows were too soft & low. Request for a extra pillows was not met 2) the hotel should certainly supply a new set of bath towels. All the towels had holes in them so they are definitely to be discarded. 3) it’s a triple room but there were only 2 hangers. We asked for me & given old crooked ones 4) there was not even one chair in the room so had to sit on the bed when we had a drink. Generally hotel is value for money but pls look into problems 2,3,4 which will not cost more he hotel a lot to rectify.

Great location in seogwipo, close to food and in the arts district with lot of local art shops close by. Within walkin distance of jeongbang falls and the olle street markets. Room was comfortable for our family of 4, our room had 2 double beds in it overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was a small selection of western and local food, not great but enough to fill our bellies so we couls get out and see the sites all day.

Jeju seems to largely cater to local korean tourists so trying to get by with english was a little challenging. The hotel staff at reception werent very fluent in english and mixed up our taxi bookings.

Hotel is 5mins walk from Bus stop no.30 from Jeju Airport. It is very convenient if you plan to travel to hotel by bus(5500wpn per person) vs 55000 to 70000 won in a taxi. Room size is spacious for 1 single & 1 king bed.

We are booked as 3 adults but hotel only provide 2 towels, 2 cups. Have to keep reminding to provide extra towel n cup. Toilet & shower area should provide clothes ,towels hangers for guest use, otherwise have to put clothing on the floor..very inconvenient.

Nice spacious room with lots of storage for our luggage. The room had great natural light and was very comfortable. There were good restaurants within easy walking distance plus the artist street and traditional market very close. Would definitely consider returning to Jeju and staying here again. Close to the Cheonjiyeon Waterfalls too!

It feels like the area is only slowly recovering from the Pandemic and so many of the shops and restaurants are still closed. You can tell that this area and all of Jeju will be very lively again this summer but it felt a little bit sleepy during our visit in May.

The room is well equipped (refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, and clothesline, among other things). They serve a good buffet breakfast on the ground floor with continental-style options (coffee, toast, egg, etc) and Korean food options. The location is good, and in front of the hotel, there is a CU convenience store open all day.

The bathroom was dirty when I arrived. Also, I booked a 1 person Korean-style room to have a different experience but I confirm that the bed on the floor is uncomfortable. The staff did not speak much English.

Staff was very friendly, and the room was well-equipped with a kitchen and a washer machine. Breakfast was included in our reservation and the buffet was amazing — a mix of western and Korean cuisine. The hotel location was pretty good, close to convenience stores, cafés, restaurants, and also some of the tourist attractions by foot. Everything was very clean and organized. It was a really nice hotel.

Breakfast instructions were not very clear at first, and they asked me to pay for breakfast to give me the vouchers, even though it was included in my reservation. After everything was clarified, they directed us to the cafeteria and explained how it worked. Parking was a bit tricky, a small area on the side of the hotel, very few spots. The security guard was very rude to us one day, and he kept yelling at me while I was trying to park the car. He did not speak English, and I had no idea what he was saying. Not a complaint per se, but it would be nice if the washer in the room would be a washer/dryer instead, as there was no space to dry your clothes inside of the room. Other than that, it was all good.

Location was about 8 mins walk to the Olle Market; and about 10 mins walk to the bus stop to catch the Airport Limousine Bus to Jeju Airport (bus stop is outside the Casaloma Hotel). Washing machine in unit was extremely useful as we were traveling a bit. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well (they have heating floors too but we didn’t need to use them). Good showers.
