The location of the property was perfect--we stayed on Jeju to hike Hallasan, and the easy access to the bus station was a great plus. Rooms were clean and quiet. On the night before the hike, I accidentally left my hiking bag on the bus, and was worried I would have to try to make the hike without it (I don't speak Korean and it was late enough that tourist agencies were closed). But, Miss Young-ju at the front desk was able to call the bus company for me and arrange for me to pick it up behind the bus terminal! After that, she gave us some recommendations for stores we could visit around the area. Her service (and English) were wonderful! Overall a lovely experience, and the hike was great!

Good kitchen facilities. Fridge available. Basic breakfast - toast, spreads and juice. Good location right next to bus terminal and airport. Drinking water facilities. Free umbrella use during the rain whilst I was visiting (so helpful!). Bus timetable information. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Had an issue whilst staying (nothing to do with the hostel). Contacted the staff who helped immediately to resolve my issue. So accommodating and quick acting. Was so appreciative. Would spring for the better rooms. The cheaper room's top bunk didn't have any shelf to store any belongings (eg phone etc) when sleeping and charging stations didn't always work with my adaptor which have worked fine elsewhere in Korea. Other room was much nicer.

This guesthouse was an incredible find in Korea! I had such a great stay here, where the facilities are wonderful for allowing for travelers to talk and meet. I spent all my nights making friends and playing board games, and I truly loved my time here. You definitely can have your privacy as well in your room, where you can draw the curtains. 100% recommend.

If I had to nitpick, the rubber curtain railings around the bed are flimsy and can drop if you pull them roughly. That’s about it. I really loved this place.

First of all, Yeha guesthouse is great for mainly two things: the location and the staff. The location is quiet, and only a 2 minute walk from the Jeju bus terminal. The receptionist was super friendly, great English and helped us quickly. It was nice that the breakfast was quite good (for being in Korea) but make sure to come early in the morning, otherwise the "extras" run out. The room is a good size. Bathroom offers toiletries for free.

The bathroom gets flooded when you have a shower and therefore feels dirty. The mattresses is not covered with sheets, which is a bit uncomfortable. Hard, uncomfortable beds and noisy AC.

The place is lovely and you can have a free breakfast every morning (toast bread, eggs, butter, jam, milk, juice) as well as free water. There is a spot for you to hang your wrt clothes as well as a washing machine.

One day, the dormitory was pretty full and it was difficult to prepare a breakfast (there is only one table which was full and the pan was dirty). The common space might feel a little bit small/crowded when the place is full. I don't think I've seen locker anywhere but I didn't stay long enough to need it (2 days) so I might have just missed them.

The breakfast was a good bonus and it made our stay a lot less stressful. We didn't rent a car, so the location was super convenient for us. The main bus terminal is located less than 5 minutes of walking away.

At first, we didn't know how to lock the room door. The second day, we asked one of the staff members and she explained the system to us. Despite our room being unlocked, our luggage was safe due to good security at the property.

Breakfast is very basic. The kitchen facilities are excellent though, if you like to cook for yourself. The room is standard. Very close to the airport and the bus terminal. The heating and AC in the room is great, if you're worried about that. The room was a comfortable temperature with the window open and heater off.

The morning coffee is very weak. Also, some of the other guests are older and will get up very early in the morning and wake up everyone else in the room.

Disclaimer: I rate this based 3 guesthouses I stayed in S.Korea (Seoul, Jeju, Busan) Also Korea Standard shower and toilet are not separated, small towel not evaluated in my rating. - Common space look inviting and big. I like drinking some alcohol chatting with fellow roommates / alone. Seem there are guestbooks you are write in, also there are boardgames available. - breakfast has cheese, bread, jam, juice, coffee and tea. (Cereal and milk will make it greater) - staff seem always available during the stated time (unlike the other 2 guesthouses so it is worth stating. However one of the other 2 guesthouses is really responsive in chat and seem available ready if you need) - separated locker for your valuables

Can't say anything I dislike really.

This Guesthouse is very close to everything. 5 minutes walk from the bus station and 15/20 minutes walk from the Jeju City Hall. I know buses here in Jeju are not like Seoul but I do not complain about it. You can get from here to Seogwipo in 1 hour and 30 minutes. In the dorms where I stayed there is a private bathroom, enought slippers for everyone and a locker where you can fit the essenzials. There is also a fridge. The rooms are clean and there is body soap and shampoo. At the check in they will give you a towel. At breakfast time you have some toats with marmelade, coffee and tangeringe juice. The staff are nice and kind. Check out the rooftop, you can see Hallasan when is not cloudy!

Maybe a bit cold in the living room but I do not complain much is winter!

The guesthouse is perfectly located since it is right next the Jeju bus terminal. It is a huge bonus when travelling in Jeju. In addition, it is next to a home-made kimbap restaurant that opens at 6:30. If you intend to hike (hallasan or a remote olle trail), it is perfect for a picnic. Each bed has a curtain, which is a plus in dormitories. And laundry is free (appart from the dryer).

The wifi connection was not good. Don't expect to be able to watch netflix by night.
