We originally booked at a different hotel nearby and were so unhappy with the room that we had to leave. Beware... Photos of some of the Jeju hotels can be misleading.. This hotel came up in our search so we went and requested to see the rooms first. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were very happy with the cleanliness of our room and facilities so stayed. Easy to get to sightseeing places and I also highly recommend renting a car in Jeju. (beware of the frequently changing speed limits!) there is a EV charging point at the ground. If you are vegetarian, Korean restaurants are not veggie friendly. Staff asked me for dietary restrictions first when i booked at the hotel's resto which was nice. What I would do next time? I would stay here longer in Jeju as it is a BIG island! also I would definitely stay at this clean and quality hotel.

The staff was professional, polite, and so helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had the best time at GoldOne and on JeJu! The rooms were big, clean, and very comfortable. The views were breathtaking. So many amenities! Game room, kids play room, pool, hiking paths, laundry! We used it all!

The hotel was a bit on the pricy side for our budget, but we're so glad we stayed here! The hotel feels really luxurious with a big room, and your own private bubble bath in the room. Each room has an amazing view of the swimming pool with the coastal line right behind it. There's a garage to park your car, and there's a convenience right down the road (3 minute walk). The food in the restaurant is also a bit on the pricey side, but it's probably the best food we've eaten during our stay. There's a secret garden road that will lead you right down to the coast, with a possibility to enter one of the Olle trails, which makes for a nice walk. The nearest city Seogwipo is a 20-minute drive away. Overall I would really recommend your stay here.

It was nice to have gym facilities in the hotel, but don't expect too much from it. The room isn't air-conditioned well and there are only 2 treadmills and some weights there.

The breakfast was the best we had experienced in Korea. Lots of varied choice, including fruit, cereal, pastries etc. The staff were very helpful, friendly and always welcoming. The hotel sent a daily email with information such as the weather and recommendations which was thoughtful. The heated pool was lovely and stays open late to enjoy in the evening. The room was a good size and the jacuzzi bath was big. The location was peaceful with a great views of the sea. Parking was easy.

The location is further out from the main town than we expected, however there are still some restaurants within 5-15 mins walk and a convenience store.

We had a perfect 5-night stay in this establishment! - The staff are smiling and attentive to your needs. - The cuisine is tasty, with a chef who goes out of his way to satisfy you. - The setting with the pool overlooking the sea is idyllic - The room is very spacious and the jacuzzi next to the terrace offers an incredible view of the ocean. - The free activities offered by the hotel are appreciated and a real asset when it rains on the island (mini golf, table soccer, darts, fitness, ping pong). I highly recommend this hotel, we'll be back without hesitation!

Nothing, but if I absolutely had to find one, I'd say it would be better to have an electric socket on 2 sides of the bed rather than just one.

The hotel is clean and well-kept. The pool is sizable, suitable for relaxing and some swimming exercise too. the swimming pool's water was sanitized by salt-based disinfectants, making the water less feel toxic but still clean. the water was warm too.

the staffs are good but was not very professional. the meal and breakfast is OK but not as good as the price. you can find much better options with better deal around the hotel. house keeping is good but not consistent, and sometimes miss some part

Wonderful amenities around the hotel and within the room as well. We were especially impressed by the rooftop terrace that had a refreshing view, the swimming pool and the secret garden trail- which was our favourite!! The room we stayed in also had a lovely bathtub with a great view of the scenery outside! It was also convenient to park thanks to the car park in the property. The hotel was also a convenient drive away from Seogwipo city, and also good enough to make day trips to other parts of Jeju. We would like to specially thank Alex Lee, one of the amazing concierge staff who even personally prepared a fantastic list of restaurants for the guests staying here. Thanks to his friendliness and great service, we were further able to enjoy our stay in Jeju, in addition to having a delicious meal at a restaurant that locals frequent.
