The staff was wonderful and helpful from beginning to end; from checkin to concierge to the staff members helping us with luggage -- everyone was very nice and attentive. We requested a specific Hello Kitty room and they were able to accommodate -- our kids loved it and so did we. Thank you very much! All the little details were super cute, from little slippers to matching Hello Kitty towels and hand soap. The room and entire hotel is very well thought out for families and kids. Our room didn't have sharp corners on the beds or tables and the bathroom even had a smaller and lower sink. Water pressure and heat for the shower or bath was also very nice. The property is large with 2 connected pools. The water was warm enough that it allowed our kids to swim in the evening on an overcast day and they have live music in the evenings at 7pm right next to it. Walking around on the resort grounds was very pleasant. They have landscaped pathways that made evening walks very peaceful. There was so much to do that our kids never got bored. There's a bowling alley, arcade room and large play gym that we visited a few times (these are added fees, but the additional fees were reasonable). On the 4th floor, there's a kids play room and art room that's free. We also loved the convenience of the location as it was right next to a shopping center with a 7Eleven and a few restaurants.

We were pretty much happy with everything. Anything we didn't like is more like nit-picking at the little things. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Big and very chic and fancy; really nice stuff and good service overall; vey tasty food and buffet has huge choice. You can spend time near the pool (the upstairs terrace is usually empty) or at the beach, the sea is just in front of Hotel, and there are very few people. Also there is 7eleven on the territory of the Hotel, so you Val always buy some snacks cheap. Lots of restaurants and hiking trails are near the Hotel too. The big Garten for walks and breathtaking nature - u feel like in fairy tale

Nice stay for four nights in Jeju. Very helpful staff, good outdoor pool, comfy and modern rooms with great views. Breakfast buffet was very nice and extensive choices.

Food and drink very expensive at the hotel bars/restaurants. High prices for simple items like beer, wine and soft drinks (10,000 won/£6 for a small can of coke by the pool, £18 for a small glass of wine with dinner). Very few options for small meals or snacks particularly at lunch, either have to purchase a large meal or access to the buffet. Having to pay for other extras such as using the indoor pool, or using certain loungers by the outdoor pool.

Really lovely property, great staff and beautiful views. The location is great as it has direct access to Jungmun beach, the fact the pool is heated is just amazing! Lots of amenities near by (walking distance).

The price of food! We live in Shanghai and are just not used to spending so much on eating out! For eg breakfast is £45 per person and dinner £100 a person,as a family of 4 we couldn’t justify dinner as the kids probably wouldn’t have eaten much anyway!

The view was very good as expected when you ask for a sea view. Staff was very cordial though communicating in English was an obstacle. Food spread of food and a wide menu for all tastes.

The linen was not exceptional clean , the pillows were small. Only two towels in the bathroom . Expected much higher quality . The dinning room was noisy with kids running around . Recommendations by the concierge for outside dinning was a flop ( Revolver Restaurant) .

Our eight year old son loved the sports facilities here. The main swimming pool is clean and patrolled at all times. The food was amazing and modestly priced for South Korea. I liked the fact that you could easily walk to a number of local cafes and restaurants.

We were hoping to use the kids' club but this was not suitable for older children. I was surprised that for a hotel of this size there wasn't a great bar. Having to pay extra to use the tennis court seems a bit unreasonable

The resort was beautiful with excellent services. The pool was warm and very enjoyable. We had a partial ocean view room which was very spacious and had 2 double beds that accommodated our family of 4 adults. We also enjoyed the spa services with facials and massages onsite. We also enjoyed the nightly outdoor concerts held in the pool area that we could listen to from the outdoor balcony from our room. There is also a game room and a bowling alley which looked fun.

The greenery and nature are what make this property outstanding. The room that we reserved had a beautiful Ocean view and it is breathtaking. I will come again.

Food is expensive and the choices are limited, however, better and cheaper options are available outside the hotel.

The location of the hotel was very nice in terms of beach access. There is a set of stairs and a small hike through the forest to get to the beach, which is where we spent all day. Our room was very comfortable and always clean. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and enjoying the weather. The breakfast that we got included in our stay made the whole trip worth it. There were so many options for breakfast including some gluten free options, that kept us fueled for the long day at the beach.

The hotel is located in a secluded resort bubble, which means food options outside of the hotel was limited to chicken, Thai, and convenience store, which posed a problem when it came to dinner time, as the dinner in the hotel was extremely expensive. The pool was much much smaller than I thought. From the photos I thought there were multiple pools, but there was only one and it was always very crowded and dirty. The pool is where all of the kids and families hung out. Beach access is impossible if you are disabled.

bit far from the airport so far away from central locations but its closer to the natural beauties the extras i.e dinner room service is expensive
