Overall, amenities and location are excellent.

Didn’t allow any flexibility with check-in time without paying. There was a line of people waiting in the lobby at 2:50 in order to check in.

Great stay! We'll be back! The hotel staff were very welcoming and attentive. They were able to help us with any little questions we had. The room is large and well laid out. It feels like home. The bathroom is very nice and the bathtub was perfect for relaxing baths after a hike! The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. You'll be close to many of Seoul's top districts We were close to everything and the neighborhood is very nice. The metro is at the foot of the hotel. A Starbucks and a multitude of coffee shops for coffee addicts like me. Convenience stores on every corner to satisfy your cravings at all hours. The hotel gym is pretty cool, and the food at the hotel restaurant is very good and surprisingly reasonably priced!

Watch out for the bedroom curtains. The veil is far too transparent! We could see you getting dressed from the street ahah! The cleanliness and cleaning of the room throughout the stay needs to be reviewed. Far too much dust, unfortunately. The air-conditioning is really badly located in the room. It's right above the bed, so it hits you right in the face. If, like us, you're sensitive to air-conditioning or anything else, this could be a problem while you're sleeping. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning system didn't allow us to change the direction of the unit's little fins, so it stayed fixed on us.

This hotel was our favourite on our trip in Korea. The location was really nice (right outside the station, line 9 also 2 stops away from Dangsan for line2) but also in a not too crowded/busy area which is what we wanted. There's also a cafe on the ground floor that we had breakfast at and there's places nearby as well as a Daiso/Olive young across the road for essentials. The room is a really good size and comfortable for two people with lots of luggage. Free tea/water bottles were provided as well as shower gel, shampoo etc and slippers. They cleaned the room everyday and restocked towels etc. I would stay here again and can recommend it.

The heating system is centrally controlled so our room was literally like a sauna at some points, but the windows open fully so it wasn't a huge problem.

The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean with a tub and automatic warm toilet seat. I got good view looking out to the main street and it is quiet enough at night. (You may hear the voice of the room next door if you have a loud one unfortunately). The staff is nice and friendly. There is a subway station and a bus stop right next to the hotel. Very convenient to commute in the city.

The room temp is controled by the hotel system so it is a bit too hot in spring time.

Quality of bed, mattress and fixtures was very good. Water pressure of shower was very good. Room was normal Korea size, aka kind of on the small side if you are accustomed to American hotels. Very close to subway #9.

The privacy screen on the glass window that separated the tub/toilet from the sleeping area had been disabled. I wanted to close it as i was there with my daughter and mutual privacy would be desirable. I inquired at the front desk and they were willing to fix it but it was a hassle.

Daily cleaning and restocking of shower products was good. Was able to check in early as they were so efficient! Great location! Subway and bus stops are literally just right outside of the hotel. Plenty of places to eat surrounding the hotel great variety of choices!

Was surprised to see the small shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided as they were tiny bottles, although they were restocked everyday it just caught me by surprise.

the front desk was little helpful. No maps, no information about tour guides. nothing support for tourists. Air condition was not working in this time of the year, had to open the window, which was not sufficient and so the room temperature was too hot inside. No comment about that in booking.com. asking the front desk, they provided a fan.

I chose to stay here because the reviews and I found nothing disappoint me. The room’s size is ok. I can open 2 large suitcases at the same time and what impressed me was the shower room was bigger than any other place I've stayed in. Traveling is convenient because it is close to the subway and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

I felt that the room was not soundproofed because of the frequent noise of chairs from the next room. The cleaning staff came very early, I haven't even left the room yet. So I had to hurry up and get dressed and leave the room.

The location was better than other hotels.. In case of the high location to stay the view owned a bit good scenery....

Paper or memo sheet was not altered..there was a path who wrote a letter... About sorts of lights were not explaned through explanation book.. Although the description wrote the bottles of water, there were three bottles...it was doubtable about the waters of bottles such as a bad liquid?

Traveling is very convenient. I'm actually have a trip in Seoul, so it’s easily to take the bus in front of the hotel. You can take the limousine bus right in front of the hotel to go/from the airport 👍👍👍

The price is doubled more expensive than last 2-year when we stayed.
