Wonderful front desk staff and location. Great Japanese restaurant

Greets breakfast is not good value, and there is not much in the way of fresh or strewed fruit, muesli or natural yoghurt for European tastes. Being close to the National Assembly, there is noise from protester loudspeakers nearly every day from about 8am. No problem for business travellers, but if on holiday and wanting to sleep late I recommend to ask for a quieter location at the opposite side.

This hotel has great location with local bus only metres away as is the subway. Airport limousine bus is also only minutes away. Reception staff were brilliant and always willing to help and assist. The rooms are good sized in great condition and room servicing was excellent and prompt. Breakfast at the hotel is very very good with a huge range in the buffet Yeouido is a busy financial area but boasts any number of good restaurants close to the hotel. Quiet in the evenings which is a plus as Seoul central is close by when needed. Great hotel and will be back again.

I love how clean the property is! Loved how it was super close to National Assembly situation which makes it very convenient to travel to anywhere else! The rooms were cleaned everyday with towels changed, things were put back into order. It’s like coming ti a clean room everyday!

I guess the aircorn would sound like it was switched off and turned on again (on its own). Perhaps it was part of conserving energy? I’m not too sure. It wasn’t a big deal, the sleep was still comfortable and the room was still cold anyway. Nothing to really dislike ;)

The facilities are new and clean. Helpful and friendly staff. I stayed on the 14th floor next to a Japanese restaurant but there was no smell or frequent noise. Only one night, a group of restaurant guests talked loudly in the elevator area. My compliment to the housekeeping that is very careful in detail and the concierge guy who always greets me. The location is very convenient for public transport.

It takes a long time for hot water to come out of the tap at the basin. And when I close the tap and open it again, I have to wait the same amount of time for the hot water, which also a waste of water.

The shower and toilet are separate. The toilet door is sound proof and the smell goes off fast too. Many different sizes of mirrors. My bed is 2 single bed joined tgt, still acceptable. Room is spacious compared to the price and located in Seoul. The TV support netflix and YouTube. Nearby have convenient store and oliveyoung too.

The location is between two big station. 2 type of train , one is called express train, which will skip this station. In order to get to the hotel, need to wait for the "all station" train. Great part is, once you know how to go about it, you will love this hotel.

the location was great and it was super spacious! They had everything we needed and the staffs were responsive too. There are so many accessible buses around, definitely would recommend to stay!

travelled during early Nov, when we stayed we felt the room was a bit warm, we asked them because they didn’t turn on the system aircon but they turn on the natural air to circulate to hotel for the aircon during cold weather period. we felt warm and they provided us with a standing fan. we expected the room to be colder, but it was overall okay! :)

It is a really fantastic hotel. I had a very comfortable night. The bed is so comfortable and the rooms are lovely and large. The staff were also kind and spoke Korean and English.

I do think however that the breakfast time ends very early (9am) and as someone travelling for leisure it was upsetting to have to get up at 7:30am to even be able to enjoy it without being rushed. For the price, I think a rushed breakfast and checkout time was a little early, and should be a little more flexible if not later.

The hotel has a huge number of visitors so sometimes in the evening there was a little queue to the elevator Every weekday from 7 to 9 I believe a pretty loud and passionate (probably, it was in Korean) speech intruded my sleep. It wasn't a huge problem as I still was able to sleep until 8:30, but it was unexpected :D Also the Glad restaurant is pretty expensive though they provide 10% for people staying in the hotel

Hotel is opposite a metro station. Our bed was very comfortable.

I liked that it was super clean and everything was available in the room including slippers. I did use the gym, though not a lot of equipment and options, it was well maintained and clean. Location was really good too as there was a subway station right in front of the hotel. Taxi was readily available as well.

Nothing really. Everything was excellent. Perhaps some more variety in gym equipment but not everything uses the gym.
