This was our second stay and we decided to upgrade this time to a junior suite, which had more room and it was very comfortable. Some of the staff spoke English which was great as after 4 years away my spnish was very rusty of non practice 🤣 It an great location as its set in the heart of Albacete closeby to restaurants, parks and shopping and a short 5 minute walk from the train station. If you want some really quality restaurants you can find them closeby. There are many including at the Hotel but our favourite was Garabatos. The food and staff are excellent with a modern touch and wonderful flavours. Whether you sit indoors in winter or outdoors beside the park in Summer you will not be disappointed and it is straight across from the hotel.

We were dissapointed that the sushi wasn't at the hotel anymore but found it and much more at Garabatos.

Excellent location, simple but spacious and comfortable rooms that provide conditions for great sleep. Nice breakfast with multiple choices. Close to both train station and the center of the town.

The deal with the internet vouchers, which are completely free by the way, is slightly off putting and the coffee in the morning could be improved.

Parking is very inconvenient and not very close. It would be a good idea to give the name and/or address of the nearest parking garage on the website or with check-in instructions.

A very nice room overlooking the gardens in front of the hotel. Plenty of space and a good shower room.

A simple breakfast. We wanted just a light breakfast but most of the menu was full meat and cheese type. However, the waitress managed to find us a croisant which was perfect.

Car park a disaster to get to, a maze of one way streets, no map provided and lack of help from staff when contacting hotel. Never will go back, although hotel itself ok. Breakfast not good either.

Hotel staff were kind and considerate, and graciously accommodated my request to play the grand piano in the restaurant. Lots of interesting history there, too.

AC not functional on "cool" mode. Air flow had the same temperature, even when set on 15 degrees.Outside temperature was above 30 during day and above 20 during night

Central hotel, clearly historic building but pretty ordinary inside. Nice room with a view, good bar downstairs.

Feels more like a three star. No pillow choice and single use toiletries not sustainable.

Excellent location easily accessed from the train station although access was a bit random due to building works outside. The exterior of the hotel is quaint but inside it is as you would expect, friendly, helpful staff, working lifts, all services in order, wifi, aircon, tv, etc. I only had one night there which was enough to take in some sights and meals. I didn't make use of the breakfast service.

I felt the price was a bit high for the level of service offered. It was a last minute booking, and the exterior facade is a a bit quirky, but still I felt it overcharged.
