The facilities are well kept and beautiful. The room was large and comfortable with all necessary appointments.

Breakfast and dinner were quite unorganized. I think the language barrier (very few staff speak English) caused uncertainty or misunderstandings that were solved by assumptions instead of asking again. For breakfast this wasn't really an issue but the dinner was disturbed several times because of misunderstandings of orders and requests. The staff were very friendly and wanted to help but just seemed very uncomfortable to do it either in English or work together with our (very) broken attempts at Spanish.

We liked the coolness of the building and the cafeteria in terms of both food and staff. Would have liked it to have been open for breakfast too. The room was large and the shower good. It was nice to have free parking outside although maybe a camera in reception would be a good idea.

The wifi could have been explained better with a guide in the room perhaps but it did work well once we worked it out. The route to the pool could be clearer - you seem to have to walk through the cafeteria.

We liked how the staff were interested in talking to us rather than just doing their job. Maria on reception was particularly good to talk to. Also the man who was on reception when we checked out.

We didn't like the clatter in the restaurant with the staff setting out tables for breakfast when we were just being served our main course which was about 9.20 so before the restaurant closed for dinner.

Spaciousness and style of the building, and the tranquility of the place.. Excellent location and scenic patio for a wedding party. The rooms with a balcony give more comfort than those on the ground floor. The wonderful staff at check-in.

Breakfast tends to be overpriced since the service is not to a high standard. Advised to order a cooked breakfast, we ordered eggs scrambled or baked for 3 days in a row. For 2 days, we had to return the order for adding bacon, which was not part of our order.

Loved everything! A wonderful place to stay. I could have stayed forever!! Lovely welcome from start to finish. Beautiful setting & grounds. Lovely furnishings, even in the corridors. Beautifully maintained set around a central courtyard. Our room was perfect. Very comfortable. Great bathroom. Old fashioned charm. The balcony was nice & the birdsong in the trees in the morning was gorgeous. Superb food & service in the restaurant, plus a great breakfast. Would happily stay again, but for more than one night.

Receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Room was huge and so comfortable Big pool, towels provided Car park was great Food good and great to have the cafeteria. Had lunch there and the young waiters we're great. Friendly and efficient. Had dinner in the restaurant which was good too. Price was excellent.

Thought it was closer to town.

Dinner was great. Breakfast was lovely. Room was good. Lots of nature surrounding the hotel with loads of bunnies running around in the morning. Swimming pool was lovely... you get free towels to use. Close to the bar, so you can take your drink with you in a plastic cup.

Hardly anyone speaks English, so dinner was a challenge. Don't offer double bed.

Lovely setting, very helpful receptionists both check in and check out. Restaurant ok for evening meal but a bit expensive. Staff really lovely.Breakfast good choice. Courtyard really pretty.

Had asked for mobility accessible room when booking. Not available on check in although the chap on reception arranged a bath seat. We really needed disabled rails for toilet which was very low. A bit out of town.

The hotel was conveniently located from the motorway. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent range of facilities and a good choice of public rooms and dining options. The bedroom was very large and the bed was really comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great value for money - I would highly recommend this hotel.
