Situated in a quiet street but only 50 yards to centre of town for shops, bars, and the park - perfect location to see Alcala la Real on foot. Spotless Reception/Entrance area opening into a traditional internal courtyard with tables and coffee and pastries available free of charge 24 hours/day. Friendly reception staff. The room with balcony and private bathroom was beautifully decorated, very stylish and equipped with everything we needed.

The room was luxurious. The bed, bathroom, and furnishings were top notch.

The car park was a ten minute walk away in an underground parking lot. I was fortunate in that I could park for a minute in front to unload my things before parking. If you don't have a car this hotel would be very inconvenient. The owners were nice, but I left something at the hotel and although I paid them to send it to a post office near the Spain and Portugal border, I never received it.

This small, central hotel is situated in a quiet, narrow road in the lower part of the town. Under ground car parking is very close by once cases have been dropped at the hotel door. The junior suite was clean and spacious, though a little lacking in character. A very comfortable, large bed and extremely quiet room. All of the reception staff were polite, professional and helpful. There is a free coffee machine to use in the atrium foyer. The medieval fortress, city remains and church, Castillo-Fortaleza de la Mota, is incredible and well worth the climb from the lower town. Amazing views and very good presentation in the church at specific times each day. There is parking at the castillo entrance if you do not want the long, steep walk from the town centre. A must visit 30 minutes away is the small town of Priego de Cordoba.

It would have been better to have had tea and coffee facilities in the room, rather than in the ground floor reception. The deluxe suite we had lacked a bin in the room. The only bin was a tiny one in the toilet.

Nice hotel in the little town of Alcala. The room and the bathroom are perfect sized. They offer coffee and some snacks (mostly packed cookies) 24/7 in the lobby. Special price for parking in the public parking garage (walking distance 2min).

After being on the road for six weeks, this is clearly the best hotel we’ve encountered. Everything is nice, beautiful, functional, just perfect - this hotel easily beats many four star places in quality.

it didn’t matter to me, but there is no breakfast, and the neighborhood is not perfectly silent, but that’s what you get in downtown.
