It was nice hotel. Good location with walking distance from so many interesting things. Familia Sagrada, Picasso Museum, Casa Batillo, La Rambla and many more. Loved the bath and the water was actually hot - you can really enjoy the bath after chilly day.

When someone talked in the hall it echod to the room but luckily it didnt happen to much. The pool was closed though on the booking.com site it is written all year around open.

From arrival to departure, everything was exceptional; the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived early prepared to explore the city while our room was assigned, however, we were immediately given a room. The furniture is modern but comfortable, with a great view facing the street. The location is perfect. There are restaurants and shopping on the same street, and within two blocks of the hotel there was a park. Surrounding the Park in all directions were restaurants and shops. The city does shut down from 2pm-4pm is for a siesta, they open again from 4pm-8pm and then the night life starts and people start to congregate for dinner. It is relatively quiet for there to be a train station at the corner. The rooftop is breathtaking in all directions. This is now my preferred hotel.

the roof terrace was amazing, we had mixed weather, on the sunny days it was wonderful to be able to relax by the plunge pool and have a drink and some tapas looking out over the city at the Sagrada Familia. It would be even better if they had a few more deck chairs - perhaps they could open up another area of the roof facing the sea? The bed was seriously comfortable - I nearly always get a bad back when I stay away from home, but this was wonderful. The bathroom had a bath, hurrah, and a shower over the bath. it was full of everything you could possibly want, toothbrushes, shaving kit, conditioner, moisturisers etc. Nothing is too much trouble for the majority of the staff who were smiley, unobtrusive and sorted things out immediately - eg the wall hung hairdryer in our room didn’t work and they instantly brought us another one. They recommended three fantastic tapas restaurants we would never have found on our own. They offered to find us a food delivery option when we came in very late after the Coldplay concert (about 1am) Breakfast was a good buffet with everything from pasta to fizzy cola bottles?!

This is purely personal, I usually prefer a slightly more characterful room, this was quite a smart business hotel type room. Very very comfortable though. The breakfast room ditto. we didn’t use the bar, but it looked comfortable.

Great location. Friendly stuff. Safe place to stay. Clean room. You could walk to many touristic placed, also metro and bus station just 1 minute walk from the hotel. Very good place to stay when you want to explore the city.

First the ac was not cooling enough. After maintance came it started working properly but than even switched to off it started cooling in the middle of the night so it was very cold. Bed was comfertable but made some noised when you moved. Hair dryer stopped working after seconds bcs of overheating. But we were replaced with an other one.

The bed was very comfortable. The room in general was well equipped. Housekeeping service was at the top of their game. Location was superb with walking distance to main attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Breakfast had a wonderful selection with fruits, freshly squeezed juices, outstanding coffee, variety of cold cuts, cheese, three types of eggs and not to mention Cava. Unfortunate our breakfast experience on second day was ruined by a very unexpected ending of it! We were quite shocked, really. Breakfast is till 11 am so we were told. Well literally by 11:03 they cleared everything! It wasnt only us who were shocked by their speed of just wanting everyone to get the heck out of there. They should warn their guests about that. You just dont seat guests at 10:40 and just clear absolutely everything 15 minutes after.

First off we were greeted by Avro who checked us in and gave us great suggestions for places to check out and was super friendly, amazing lad :) Now onto the experience - beautiful layout, super cozy room and beds! The terrace was nice w an outdoor mini pool. We didn’t get a chance to try their food or drinks so can’t comment on that! Location was fantastic and right in the center w proximity to metro, famous areas nearby and gazillions of cafes and restaurants. Lastly, shout out to the room service folks who made our room look spick and span everyday, overall a helpful staff!

For a 4 star I’d think they would have a gym. Also, terrace bar closes by 9 (nowadays) and 10 from next week, but even then it’s quite soon

Good location in city center, with walking access to restaurants, shops and attractions. Large, quiet, well appointed room. Bed is comfortable. Great rooftop pool and bar, with stunning views of the city. Beautiful lobby with good sized bar/sitting area. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The air conditioner did not work and our room was a bit stuffy. We heard another guest complaining about it too, so we know we weren't alone. We didn't complain but did overhear one of the staff telling that guest that the AC units are old and do not work very well. This needs fixing.
