Decent facility and decorations, quality stuffs are used including the bathrooms, mattresses, pillows, towels , pools. The plants and the divisions of different ares allow a peace or active feeling. Breakfast is nice too.

The warm water pool is a disappointment, 2 out of 3 waterfall taps are broken… and I was charged for 5 euros to get a swimming cap…. besides the doormen are a young lady and a young boy, they are entertaining each other more than attending the clients, the boy talks in a unprofessional manner.

Beautiful views, the staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and obliging. The hotel was immaculately clean. The spa was incredible. I left feeling totally relaxed.

Some people might find the bedrooms dated but to me they were quaint. The bed was really comfortable and the WiFi was fast and available everywhere.

Great location and facilities - perfect for a short or long stay. Everything is well maintained and you are always guaranteed to enjoy yourself and the summer. I was lucky to catch an amazing jazz quartet on a Friday night 🎵🎵

Customer services are to be desired, indeed. First, the Reception will not book a taxi for you unless you request it 24 hours beforehand - they won’t even try! Secondly, it took 30 minutes for my simple breakfast to arrive at my table… apparently, it was ready but forgotten. I had to look for it and ask the Manager 😳 And finally, there is no sign anywhere at the entrance not to wear jewellery to the pool. Not in Spanish and certainly NOT in English… I forgot to take my silver rings off and now they’re ruined because of the chemicals used in a pool. There is a sign in the changing room but most people come from their rooms and do not go to the changing rooms. All staff are very pleasant and polite - it’s the client focussed training that lacks, and it shows.

This property always meets my expectations. This time, unfortunately, I couldn’t get an appointment with my favourite therapist but I left it too late. Book early to avoid disappointment! :-)

New policy from the management: no cocktails by the pool so it was not possible to get my usual piña colada. I was very upset.

The hotel is in the most perfect location and the staff really could not have been friendlier.

The wifi was a little glitchy so if going for a spa thats brilliant and almost a bonus for a digital detox. Sadly this time I was there for work and so the wifi was a bit of an issue but we worked around it so not a big issue but worth knowing.

The property is well situated and very well maintained. The restaurant is well run and I didn’t understand the previous comments about the staff not being friendly enough - they’re friendly in a typical Spanish way. The food was very good and not overpriced (book your dinner in advance in the summer). My room was comfortable, great memory foam mattress, water and juice free of charge in the fridge daily. The clinic is awesome!

Wine list needs considerable improvement urgently! And the indoor plants need watering every week in this hot weather :-) One minor observation: give the staff some decent customer service training regularly! It will go a long way in a place like this. I didn’t have any problems, just to be clear - but the lack of sophisticated training does show and it’s so easy and not expensive to address!

The fact that they didn’t serve any spirits. I really wanted a whisky before going to bed but only beer, wine and vermouth were on offer. Not everybody is interested in getting fit and healthy.

Just stayed one night; spacious parking garage (approx 15/night); a la carte breakfast and no buffet; good restaurant/s in the area (loved Masia Bellver); spa with in- and outdoor pools and sauna was included;

Everything! The staff are lovely and welcoming, the facilities are exceptional, and the rooms are very clean. I travelled with my dad for a relaxing week away, and Palasiet exceeded our expectations. It was a therapeutic trip.

Fantastic food, from breakfast to dinner. Great views, dedicated staff, beautiful rooms. We got a corner sea view room, wit 2 terraces with loungers and great views.
