This is a wonderful hotel. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent- very spacious with lots of view, an extremely big, comfortable bed and a great working area. The breakfasts had everything I wanted, well prepared and tasty food. The price was reasonable. The location was right in the middle of everything I wanted to see. Castellon itself is a wonderful place to spend a few days - I was there for five and could have used a couple more.

Just one thing: I find the WIFI at NH hotels is not as good as the WIFI I get at most other places. They offer you an upgraded WIFI for 9.90E for 24 hours. I don't take this.

A superbly comfortable room in a large modern hotel in a central location. The room and bathroom were very spacious and well lit with a comfortable bed and 2 comfortable armchairs. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided along with everything you might need for a comfortable stay in Castellon. An added bonus was the large balcony with views over the city. The hotel is centrally located on a quite street five minutes walk from the plaza mayor with an onsite restaurant/bar and close to a choice of other places to eat. Check in and out was very easy the reception staff were super efficient friendly and welcoming.

Everything was perfect

We’ve got an upgrade for a Junior suite and was fantastic. Lorena performed a hitchless check-in (on 09.09.2023) and gave all the details we needed to spend a lovely evening in the city. Good job, Lorena!!! Thank you!!! The lady who assisted us on check-out next day was very friendly and well trained. She managed to provide us all the information we need it. Unfortunately I do not remember her name :( I do apologize! I do thank to the lady from breakfast room as well, she was very nice and careful. Thumb up! Thank you all !!!

excellent location

the bathroom had all glass walls consequently , when using during the night time , one could not use the light without waking ones partner. Perhaps a curtain/blind could be installed for use on these these occasions ?

Everything is nice, the staff are so friendly & helpful, the breakfast is good , services are amazing, sooo clean, the location is perfect. I recommend anyone who would like to spend the holiday in Castellón to stay at this hotel.

No parking for the hotel , there one close to the hotel but not belong to it.

No furniture on balcony, this only complaint I have. Would have been a 10 if the balcony had a couple of cheap chairs and a table

Everything was great, but the only bad things is the no of power sockets by the beds. The hotel should provide extension cords with power outlets, that would do the trick.

Very helpful staff, polite and courteous, beds were very comfortable, mini bar was very welcoming after a tiring drive. I will be returning when in villareal again

Not very much to dislike about the hotel or its amineties

Modern hotel and the staff on the front desk were great.

The whole town seemed to be closed on the Monday we were there which meant that we needed the hotel to provide food and drink which they were unable to do so.

This is a very nice hotel, which is calm and quiet, located in the center of the city. Everything was fine and according to the expectations. A fair 4 stars hotel for the price payed.

Although there is a minibar, some coffee/tea would have been nice to have in the room.
