I loved my stay my only issue was when I arrived early evening in the dark .. reception was closed and I had to go and collect an envelope from a very busy and noisy bar.. I was a single woman on my own and I found the bar man very abrupt and not very friendly.. he just pointed to where the entrance was and it was quite scary for me .. if only someone could have been friendly and pointed me to the door it would have really helped. I had to walk around in the dark .. putting codes in.. I think if people arrive at night there should always be someone to help show rooms. The receptionist Elena however was fabulous and helped me so much .. booking a transfer to airport for me and helping me in every matter. She is friendly and a brilliant valuable member of staff. The view really was fabulous and I loved my apartment. The bus stop is right outside the property and I enjoyed my trip to Benidorm and was very cheap. The bar underneath is great. Good food and the best cocktails! The beach was perfect and a stones throw away The market was twice weekly and opposite the hotel and well worth a visit,

The views were amazing! The lovely girl at reception was friendly and kind. Very close to everything in town! Apartment was clean! Would recommend this Apartmentos!

Nothing! Our stay was fabulous! The lift was an issue at times as we got stuck inside more than once and my auntie, whose mobility is poor, had to walk up 5 flights of stairs which wasn't ideal especially in the heat.

Location was perfect, just across the road from the beach. There are beautiful views from the apartment and balconies There was a bus stop 20 yards from the front door. A good number of cafes/ restaurants to choose from.

The kitchen equipment was minimal. I would have liked things like a jug, a teapot, lemon squeezer, butter dish. I would have appreciated a better sofa and maybe some cushions.

The person on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Easy check in and check out process. The apartment was clean and spacious. The apartment block is lower in comparison to those around it, with views of the sea, and a stone's throw from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, play parks and bar (directly below).

The floors are hard and so you can hear the noise from those on floors above whenever they move furniture. The sofa was not the most comfortable, as the cushion was loose and so kept sliding off the base.

Beautiful views! Quieter in this area. Close to supermarket.

It’s too far from the main nightlife and taxi one way is 18 euros! Be prepared! There is a number 2 and 3 bus outside. Number 2 was fairly quick but 3 takes a fair while on a packed bus to get to the main part of Benidorm

The location was perfect. 1 minute distance to the bus station and the beach. The facilities were great, we had a fridge, washing machine, ac in the living room but other alternatives in the other rooms. The beds were comfortable and the stuff was super friendly.

You have to request the towels from the stuff if you want them to be changed. Also, they provide you with only one free toilet paper and one free garbage bag. In the bathroom there isn’t a ventilation system so the smell stays for a longer time in there. These were minor inconveniences, but a big problem was the bed from the living room which was a bit small for a tall person. (1,85m)

Nice location and excellent value for money. Went for a lads weekend in February and was very impressed with what you get for the price

The unfinished hotel next door is a bit of an eyesore

This property was central to everything we needed. There was local shops, bars, restaurants and the beach was over the road. There was a bus services that run regularly which you could go to the shopping mall, into the old town or even into the busy life of Benidorm. The property had everything you needed and was clean and tidy with plenty of space. Great views too!

The only downside to this property was the downstairs bar. If you don’t like music being played until 2am then this will be a problem. We didn’t mind it because we sat on our balcony drinking, chatting and liked listening to it. But you can hear it when inside with the doors shut. Music is played from around 10am till midnight to 2am. Great tunes but not for those who like a peaceful sleep.

Lift service intermittent, lack of lighting in stairwell (some floors seemed to have a light working) lack of kitchen facilities I.e tea towel/dish cloths/ washing liquid and the lack of change of clean towels and bedding (4 nights stay).
