Location is super, quiet and relaxing area, so close to the beach, theres enough cafes and restaurants for everyone breakfast service until 10.30 if u are a late riser, looking out the window at the surf rolling in the evening time, and the palm trees fluttering in the breeze, totally worth the money, you really feel calm and relaxed. The bedding was incredibly good and most comfortable, plenty of towels also in the bathroom and a little balcony to sit and enjoy the view.

Could offer a small fridge in the room, not a massive issue, but perhaps a coffee maker or something like that would be nice too.

We have visited the hotel many times over the years and found it comfortable and the ambiance was good it’s also pet friendly and has parking available essential in the busier times

We were disappointed to find the cena / evening meal had been discontinued this also had the effect that people no longer congregated in the garden bar area to chat before and after the meal hence the lack of ambience also there didn’t appear to be table service from the bar.

lovely modern hotel at the far end of beach away from the old town a lovely walk along the promenade or a bus every 20 minutes

Booked a last minute stay for a little getaway, lovely location by the beach away from the centre of Benidorm but had some great bars and restaurants within a 10 minute stroll. We chose it mainly for the parking option and upon arrival glad we did as there was no on street parking anywhere

Breakfast was quite basic with minimal options. Whilst room was clean and comfortable it was one of the smallest rooms I've had in the area.

Close proximity to the beach and for walking along to market and shops

Not the hotel's fault but very very few guests' Weekend a little busier when more people arrived for few days. We could have been offered a sea view as so few rooms were taken. Probably no more than 6 during the week.

Small hotel, lovely staff and excellent beds! Very quiet location. Close to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

It would have been nice to have a fridge and kettle in the room. The sun beds are in shade virtually all day which is a shame as the pool is lovely.

The staff were kind, considerate and never appeared flustered. I liked my room very much and enjoyed watching the Spanish festival parades. Other clients might find it slightly noisy

Very good location relaxing and very little noise The room was kept very clean everyday the housekeepers was very good pleasant and very courteous and very conscientious at what they did making sure the room was clean tidy and restocked with shower gel shampoos soaps and clean towels every day Thank you The receptionist was also very polite and helpful

Nothing it was all good for us as we wanted a quieter location but still everything was in walking distance

Stayed here on a solo trip in their single room. The views from the room were incredible. Staff very helpful. Rooms spotless. Pool area nice. Approximate to the beach and centre very good also. Some downsides- Rooms are slightly tired and in need of an upgrade - especially in the bathroom. The hair dryer is one of those ancient plastic ones attached to the wall. Over all would totally recommend for the price!

The hotel was comfortable, clean, only yards from the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice L shaped pool with bar/snack bar. I didn't have my dogs with me but it was nice to see other dogs in hotel.

I asked before I travelled so brought my own, but a kettle would of been handy,maybe a small fridge too? The hotel is fine,clean and in a lovely area and situated very close to the beach ,all excellent. But personally the hotel was too far from the Old Town area where my friends were staying.I had booked later than them and travelled alone, which was no problem. I think i had the best hotel just wrong location, but that was down to me.
