Fantastic hotel, breakfast near the pool was fantastic, food tasty, most of the staff very friendly and helpful

At the reception some staff do not understand english very well so one morning when we wanted to go for early breakfast (we were told day before we can go), man from the reception told us that we cannot go there and he did not understand me when I tried to explain he just kept repeating what he knows on english. Quite unprofessional for a hotel like this one. Apart from that everything was fine

The view was amazing, and the enviroment was tidy. The food was really tasty, and the DJ near the pool played nice music. One of the bar girls was helpful and advised us about drinks, was very kind, when others were passive.

In some parts of the room, the sound isolation was bad, and we could hear people walking in the hall, or using the bathroom in their room. What might not be a minus for some people - but we hoped for some freshly squeezed orange juice and that wasn't the case here.

All the Staff are amazing, especially housekeeping. So friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location. The silence and tranquillity were perfect for our stay. Bar and pool were always clean and kept to a very high standard. I emailed the hotel for an upgrade. And they did not disappoint. Little touches like a plate of meat and cheese on arrival and a bottle of fizz for my husband's birthday. This holiday met our needs perfectly.

If I had to say something I didn't like it would be about having no Iron for clothes. But even that wasn't a problem.

We had a great sea/pool view. The hotel is quiet. I love the decoration and pool area. I love the chill music and evening entartaiment program

I wasn t so crazy about food. Next time I will prefer to make reservation with no food included. Also, at least water should be included in meal plan for diner. Hotel internet wax extremly slow, I couldn t use.

Everything, staff polite, friendly and helpful. Food for breakfast good choices. View from our room excellent. Location perfect for both cala millor and cala bonna.

Not a dislike really just that in the marins playa across the road the breakfast choice was more varied. You could use that hotel as it had an adults only restaurant.

Kids and adults have separate restaurants. We had a sea view room, but even you get street view it’s good as well. Big area with lots of facilities: even supermarket where you can get everything u might need. Breakfast variety is great ! parking is possible on special parking lot (might be all occupied) so street parking is an option.

We really enjoyed our breakfast each morning. There is an indoor breakfast room and also an outdoor area set up each day, both are lovely.

The only thing we felt could be improved were the beds, which we found uncomfortable, and the quality of the pillows.

A haven away from the very touristy area outside the hotel. The breakfast was superb and the staff very friendly.

It would have been good to be able to have a light cold supper at the hotel in the evening. The main hotel had food available but we preferred the tranquility of Marins Suites.

The hotel was spotless day and night and the staff worked hard to keep it that way!
