Catalonia del Mar - Adults Only

We had a junior suite, really good room size, comfortable beds, big bathroom and nice shower. Breakfast was superb. Location excellent. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Couldnt fault them at all.

Room looked a bit tired in places, paint flaking off in the bathroom and mouldy sealant in the bathroom area. Rest of room was fine but could have done with a few soft furnishings, a couple of pictures on some very plans looking walls would make a difference. Communal areas also very plane and a bit tired looking. Pool was a nightmare getting a bed so we didn’t bother as didn’t want to get up at 6am. Inland views from the junior suites aren’t great but for us a worthwhile compromise for the larger rooms.

Location is excellent. The sea-view room is very nice. Most of the staff are excellent and extremely helpful. House-keeping does a really good/consistent job. Breakfast choice is generally good.

Walls are paper thin. Plumbing needs an upgrade (lack of hot water at times) The night we arrived, the person behind the bar said he was "out of beer" and that making cocktails wasn't possible. So we strolled a few metres to the hotel next door and were able to get drinks without any problem (approx 10:30/11pm local time). We didn't bother using 'our hotel' bar for the rest of the holiday because of this initial experience.

Great pool, both indoors and outside. Gym is pretty good as well.

The entertainment guy was a little bit annoying. I understand that getting people involved with the events is his job, but at some point, we were trying to avoid him in the lobby as he persist to summon us to a concert that wasn't really our thing. The TV is also VERY OLD. No Netflix on a 4 Star Hotel, in 2023, is a disappointment.

Room was spacious and comfy with a great balcony. Very good breakfast, well priced bar. Pool area was good and lots of loungers. Location was nice, had a sea view, and was relatively quiet but with some restaurants and more nearby. Parking was 2 minutes walk away and free.

Housekeeping kept waking us up at 8am cleaning other rooms and banging around. One bed was slightly broken. Nightly entertainment was karaoke at best, we felt that we were on a cruise ship. Pool and pool bar closed too early.

We liked the hotel very much. The room was clean, everything we needed to stay was in the room: shampoo, shower gel, kettle, tea and coffee. Near the hotel is a parking (2 min). The food at breakfast and dinner was varied and appetizing - we wanted to try everything. It was very valuable that there was also local cuisine. The service in restaurant was excellent. Pedro treated to us with care. He was polite and pleasant! Reception staff was helpful. I want to mention the receptionist Cassandra. Terrific person who loves her job and Mallorka. She shared with us very useful information, where to go for tourists like us - people who are for the first time in Mallorca. We are thrilled with the place and the people here. Muchas gracias for the warm welcome. Highly recommended!

We was upgraded on arrival to lovely sea view room the room was big and had an amazing view !!!! It was was very clean and the maid service was great !!!! The ladies on the reception desk where very friendly and one of them couldn’t do enough to help you!!!! Food was good and very varied especially breakfast !

If your a swimmer the pool is very small great for floaters but not if you want to have a good swim and hard to get a bed round the pool. The air conditioning is not great so was very hot in the room in August. My kettle broke on first day so was taken away and never replaced, although the reception lady said she would get me hot water for my coffee..there’s no phones in the room and a bit of a hassle going down to reception from top floor everyone I wanted to make a drink.

Great sea view rooms, friendly staff and nice pool. The breakfast has lots of options and the quality of food is very good. The bed was very comfortable as well. The main city beach is 15 min walk, but it is more of a good side, cause it's overcrowded and super loud during day time and hotel front is in a quiet marina. The hotel is located in a great place to travel around western part of the island, cause all beautiful wild beaches are 15-30 min drive.

The hotel is worn out - showers, handles, room locks - all looks quite old and needs refinement. The door to shower in our room was soaked and paint went off.

Our stay at the hotel was great. We stayed for one night only and we got a room upgrade with panoramic views. I called the hotel to book a massage for my boyfriend and Marek took care of it so everything was set up on our arrival. The room was big, and very clean and… breakfast was amazing!! Special thanks to Marek, and Rafael (restaurant) who were very kind to us, you took our stay to the next level!!

We rented the penthouse suite with private pool, it was absolutely amazing! It is situated on the 7th floor, with a private staircase leading up to the rooftop suite, which is all yours! The terrace is unbelievable, with Balinese bed, sun loungers, table and chairs and your own pool! The pool itself is on the small side, and fairly shallow, but it was absolutely perfect to lounge about in 😁 you get a perfect view of the sunrise and sunset, it was beautiful. The suite itself has a massive double bed, sofa and lounge area and a double shower as well as a coffee machine, stocked minibar, bathrobes and all the toiletries you could ever need. All in all it was perfect, and we will DEFINITELY be back!

The apartment (sea view) was big, clean and quiet - as it suposed to be in every hotel! A bed was comfortable. AC was fine. Wi-Fi was fast. Another plus for a breakfast - the food was delicious! Even though the hotel is 'adult only' we were able to try freshly made pancakes or waffles - that was sweet! But the real winner is the excellent and incredibly nice staff! I will definitely come back to this hotel!
