The location, hotel, pool and staff were amazing! They were welcoming since the beginning. What completely exceeded our expectations was the food, we had breakfast and dinner included and we couldn't be more satisfied. At the food was incredible, lot of varieties and we had soft drinks and alcohol included. The breakfast was amazing as well, lots of variety and fresh food, it was amazing to go and have warm pastries and bread. Next time we go to Mallorca we are definitely staying there again!

The only thing we didn't like is that you could hear noises from the rooms next to us and anytime someone would flush the toilet from above us or next to us we could hear it.

The location is very good, very close to Port of Cala Ratjada and all the restaurants and shops. Beaches could be reached or on foot or with a car, however we were also using public transport to visit one of the most beautiful beaches close by, Cala Mesquida. Breakfast is very good and there are various options for everyone. The room was nice and cozy, well air conditioned. The pool area is really great, there is also a pool bar that serves food and drinks and this was very convenient.

The only thing we were missing in our room (we know other rooms have it) is a small balcony or terrace to sit occasionally and be able to dry our clothes/towels after the beach.

The staff friendliness both in hotel and restaurant , the food - the chef ‘s pride in the dishes made and the service of the dinner ladies . Very clean and inviting hotel . The guy at the pool was friendly and prepared lovely cocktails . Lana at reception went the extra mile to provide us with a kettle for the room when required . All other reception staff very helpful and friendly too ! The location was really good , close to beach / centre .

The bathroom in the double room too small and the noisy guest next door at a late time at night as walls probably too thin - could hear the shower/ water running and toilet noise for a long time at midnight .

Our stay at this hotel was delightful! The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast that kickstarted our mornings. The lovely swimming pool provided a perfect retreat, and Damian, the bartender, added a special touch with his friendly service and great recommendations. The clean and well-maintained room, coupled with daily fresh towels, ensured a comfortable and refreshing stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect blend of hospitality and amenities.

the hotel and the room is very cozy and the staff is super kind and nice! it is located close to the centre but there is no noise being in a silent street. the swimming pool is amazing and there are beaches very close to the hotel! i super recommend it

The food is totally the num 1 reason to choose the hotel. Amazing local & international cuisine. There are three different beaches to reach: the closest and the smallest one Cala Gat was very lovely and picturesque.

The underground rooms might be dark in the case of an extended stay. It became much better after we upgraded the facility to a room with a balcony. The cleaning is OK, but not excellent.

Everything was very nice and true to the pictures, also really nice and calm surroundings. Diner every night different and for everyone's taste. Breakfast great choice. Swimming pool was also very nice and had a nice vibe, with nice pool bar (reasonable prices). In the evening you could also have a drink at the pool bar. Also the staff was very nice and helpful.

A very welcome enviroment .The manager of the hotel was very helpful with us and he offered us extra services to make us happy customers. The staff its very nice and warm welcoming.The food was tasty and they have variety .We really liked the room because was clean and fresh all the time. I strongly reccomend this hotel and the quality versus price its amazing ,good balance! Positive vibes and nice atmosphere.

Everything was amazing

Staff was very polite and friendly. Outstanding buffet, especially dinner, with changing courses every day and soft drinks and wine included. The location is great as it is really close to all the shops and restaurants, but it is a quiet area. Although parking is not provided, we did not have problems finding a parking place in the street.
