It was our second time at the resort, and we really liked it. Our daughter loves the minidisco and the pool. The rooms a re clean, the staff are very friendly. The quality over the last few years stayed the same, and we were happy with our choice.

The food is the main criticism. There is a lot you can choose from, but everything is heavily processed and fat. I would like to have some more healthy food, less processed, less fat, less sugar. A bit more quality over quantity. Normally everyone finds something in the evening, but vegetables are overcooked and mostly baked with cheese. I would prefer just steamed natural food and rice or something.

1 from the best hoteles in Mallorca, I have got satisfied in everything, hotel was awesome, pool, jacuzzi, restaurants, sauna, location, service, clean, food quality.... etc. Really I am so happy because I have stayed there , I give them 5 stars not only 4 as service and quality of everything that they have. Also I want to mention very kind thing that they have did for us that our check-out was very early like at 7 am and because of that they have made breakfast special for us and the whole restaurant has opened only for us , also the service was without charge and it was like gift before of leaving. Really thanks you so much. I recommend this hotel and next visit to Mallorca I will stay there again.

Our stay was only for six days and it was not enough, also the words cannot explained everything that we have like.

Food was great, Fresh, good variety. Room was great. Great for kids. Good prices also at the bar and restaurant. I stayed in many 5-star hotels that are not as good as this 4-star one! Some live music (only heard from room) was great. The bar staff next to the swimming pool are extremely nice, so is the manager in the dining area.

99% of staff do not speak English, hard to communicate (except very few) Pay for drinks during dinner (was not mentioned any where) , although prices are good. Terrible coffee (Nestle), the little things can make this place better.

This is really a great hotel for a chill holiday with a family. I was there with my wife, a 5 year old daughter and my 5 months son. We were half board and food was very good. The pool is great because you have a pool for adults and one for children, you also have a spa with sauna and a gym so you can exercise a bit. Beach is 10 minutes away with a nice walk. Car parking is very easy on the street, hotel is very calm with animations for children at night and for adults a bit later, but stops around 11pm so that everybody can sleep. I liked everything there. Towels are given to you in exchange of a 10€ deposit per towel but it’s so great because you can exchange the towels when they are dirty. Dinner is without drinks included, you need to pay for drinks, but that’s ok as well because once they know you will not drink they won’t ask you if you want to order the next day, so you don’t really feel like you need to. We had our drinks in our room. Vue is quite good as well we got the vue on the sea, you don’t see much of it but honestly the hotel experience makes the difference so you don’t even need to have it.

Nothing, everything was good.

Perfect with kids. Pool with slide, playground and close to the beach (10-15mins walk) A nice village. Prices for consumption in the hotel are reasonable and fair. Staff is always friendly and supports with every need.

Evening programme is ways too loud. Not sure what they try to proof with the volume:) A bit strange that you need to pay for the safe.

Lovely and marvelous food, every day for dinner different cuisine (Italian and Spain were perfect, Japan, Mexico excellent, really good BBQ, etc). Amazing desserts (Really they are!!!) The evening show every day differs as well and was good (live music, dances, etc) In addition the personal was very nice and polite

Kids' entertainment can be improved especially with only one dedicated person for a lot of kids are definitely not enough

The property is great, everything is clean, proseco at the check in, amazing stuff at the restaurant, diner is AMAZING, every single day is smth new, the variety is more then needed, beach a few minutes by car, great pools and just simple the best hotel for the families.

I would appreciate if the wash/vacuum clean the floor every day taking into account that almost every family has a kid there.

Overall, the hotel was absolutely great We had a very spacious room with a nice view over the sea Halfboard was worth every cent spent, deffinitely one of the best we ever had Bed was really comfortable Enough sunbeds around the pool

Location was further away from beaches and city centre Rooms would use some renovation, you can clearly see some bits and pieces had seen the better time

Great food on breakfast and especially on dinners! Can highly recommend! Chefs and waitress are doing there very good job! Thank you for your service! :) We enjoyed nice meals for 5 days. Nice surroundings and good parking place. Very friendly and professional staff. Our room was located away from evening shows as it was our request (thank you for filling it!!) and that made our stay peaceful, if your room is close to shows your gonna definately feel the music.

Great stay, plenty of food and high quality, although breakfast monotonous and life cooking the same. Nice evening shows, clean and large pool area, aircon working well, good location close to nice beaches and town. No loudy tourists, many families and adult pairs. Plenty of space available, nice rooms, great air quality, no fekallia smells, etc.

Poor taxi service, almost hopeless when you want to find one on spot. We were super stressed when leaving hotel, no taxi was available for 1h and we were lucky to get one. "Almost no one wants to go to this hotel" taxi driver said, so there is something to work on PR with local taxis from the hotel management side, find a way to improve . No shuttle service or own taxi at hotel either, so you need to walk to nearest beach . Staff could explain more in the check in and welcome talk was missing. Service at restaurant rather poor, people are missing, forks and glasses missing, generally all disorganized, but friendly and working what they can to manage.
