The breakfast could have been better. It was advertised as show cooking- usually an omelette is cooked in front of you with ingredients of your choice. this time it was “ there is the omelette “ . it was already cooked with no ingredients- just plain. I would have expected more for the money we paid . we usually visit Las Costas in Lanzarote- the food is lovely there, plus it’s much cheaper to stay at that hotel 🏨

Visited a few times before and we like the ambience of the place . It regularly has the same staff and they are very friendly and helpful. We like the rooms because they are built for the purpose giving maximum sea view and are of a good size .

The place is looking a bit jaded and needs a spruce up and the dining area can get quite hectic at times . perhaps two sittings would suit better?

The size of the room was great, loved the balcony. The breakfast was good, everything was clean, staff nice, Great facilities

The bed I requested was a double bed but we received 2 single beds pushed together that were very slidy. The mattresses were also not that comfortable. I think we expected a double topper over the beds to make it a double as many hotels do.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Our room was great - sixth floor overlooking the beach. There was a fridge in the room. Room servicing was excellent.

The only thing I would change is probably the same thing in all Spanish hotels, and that is I wish the building was completely no smoking. The smell of cigarette smoke really spoilt it for us a few times when we were sitting out on the balcony and somebody nearby was smoking. We had to keep our patio door closed as otherwise we had the smell of smoke in our room.

Great food, a variety of fresh dishes, fruits, salads that we never got bored with! The buffet was a delight for us at every dinner and also surprisingly rich in fish and seafood which we love. The location is nice, very close to the beach, train station for train to Barcelona is a 15 min walk. The room was comfortable and with a glimpse to the sea - but some rooms face the back of the hotel, overlooking another hotel - so we were happy with our room and the view. AC worked perfectly well. Maria from the buffet was always very nice to our child and her presence enlightened the dinner :)

Services towards families could be improved or they should not be listed on the website if they do not work. Staff was in general not very animated or not welcoming in particular. My child broke a plate and we were told off by the lady supervising the dinner - he is a 1.5 year old running around which is sometimes difficult to handle even for us - but this is not a business/ adult-only hotel and they should certainly not lecture people for breaking a plate. The play area for children was out of order.

Nice staff, the facilites are clean and well cared for. There is spa and jacuzzi, aswell as a pool. We got a half board stay and both dinner and breakfast were great, variety and quality wise.

The mattress was a bit too hard and the pillows thin so my back wasnt too happy in the morning, but overall i got a good rest. The soundproffing of the doors is a bit deficient, we were in the same corridor as 2 families with 4 kids and we could hear everything when they were out in the corridor talking.

Courteous staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable room with sea view. Pool area with; pool jacuzzi , 2 minutes from the beach, pool restaurant and bar staff excellent. Five minute walk to town centre old world Catalan - busy with all mod cons.

Room extension advertised but not available . Nine hour layover with no room facilities.

Food : Vegetarian choices for hot food were very limited most of the time , vegetables were fried in the same oil and on the same device as meat and fish . Tortillas placed on the same plate as chorizo... pasta hardly or badly cooked Staff: i was shouted at by a member of staff because i was taking a slice of bread and a slice of cheese to my room when breakfat was already paid for; I felt like a thief . This lady could have been a bit more understanding . it ruined my meals for the rest of the week . Noise : Rooms a bit nosy when people spoke on the balcony in the room next to us

The hotel was amazing. In the center close to everything .2 minutes walk from the beach. The staff are unbelievable amazing. They go above and beyond for you. Food is great. We definitely gonna come back.

Although the rooms are small they are very comfortable and clean. The hotel looks good from outside and views of the beach are fantastic.

Pool was very small and two small elevators are always busy.
