The location is exceptional, 100m from a beautiful beach and bus stop right outside to go to Cambrils /Salou/Tarragona/Reus The food was good, a very fresh salad bar and a great choice of dishes. Some dishes cooked fresh to order at all meals The choice of drinks available in the All-inclusive was much better than I expected Our room had a lovely pool view and, a huge balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The entertainment was fine, but the staff were brilliant at getting people involved. The bar staff were excellent --when they were allowed to be. The pool bar was great

Shouting at staff in public doesn't give a good impression Younger waiters get into trouble for actually interacting with guests. There is a lot of pressure on staff coming from somewhere above. The wardrobe is too small, not enough hangers. Housekeeping hit and miss, depending on who cleaned it (water not always replaced in the fridge) People putting towels on loungers at 9 a.m. and not using them for hours. Monitors should not allow this

Cleanliness, location to beach, food, friendly staff. Free wifi, pool and outside entertainment.

Location of our room which was situated over waste bins area with little or no pleasant view. Only issue with all of our Hotel experience. Still recommend staying here.

Food, some staff members weren't super pleasant, seeing all those all-inclusive customers wasting so much food, parking size cannot accommodate all hotel customers.

Fantastic staff, polite helpful and just make the hotel. Kids club girls and boys are a credit to the hotel. Our kids couldn't wait to go and enjoyed every minute of it daily. Normally they wouldn't do try kids club

An a la carte restaurant would be a nice addition but a small thing

Great location. Very clean. Plenty of sunbeds. Good quality food

No courtesy room for day of departure. Allergen information unavailable at breakfast. Poor quality cocktails on all inclusive option. But good quality of being paid for on half board or self catering

The staff and service were excellent. The hotel was extremely clean and we only booked for breakfast which was superb with plenty of choice. We booked through booking dot com, but have taken a card from the hotel so that we can book directly with them the next time we visit. There was a lady in reception who did not speak much English, but who was still able to communicate with us extremely well and was a shining example of how to deliver excellent customer service. The room was a good size very clean and the shower had plenty of hot water and was powerful. The staff on the pool bar weee also excellent as was the pool and the pool area. We will definitely recommend the hotel and will stay again when we can.

Taxis were in short supply and hard to get, but the staff did get us one to get us back to the airport on time for our departing flight. People reserving sun beds and then going into breakfast and leaving them for an hour or more.

Great holiday hotel and they upgraded us to a pool view room, very nice Big beds, very comfortable and good Aircon. Great location for beach and restaurants

Food range in restaurant not too bad but quality not great. Some nights it was good but overall just average. Queue for a simple fried egg in the morning was ridiculous and I often have up; quality of bacon very poor.

Very clean, friendly staff. Good choice of food at breakfast. Good location, across road from beach and in-between Cambrils center and Salou, bus stops outside hotel. Nice and quiet area.

No facilities to make a hot drink in room, would of expected that it being 4 star.

Nice pool area and beach close by with some choice of beach bars, bars and restaurants. Easy to get the bus to Salou and Cambrils. Good size family room with terrace. Choice of food was good too.

The bar lacked atmosphere so we didn’t really use it

The location of the hotel is fantastic, very close to the sandy beach. The hotel is not the newly furnitured, but it is still comfortable.

The water in the beach was rather cool.
