Probably one of the best 3 star hotel I’ve been, could be 4 star. Room was big enough and clean. Breakfast had a lot of different varieties to choose from. Free parking available at the streets just behind the hotel. Friendly staff. A lot of restaurants within walking distance.

The gym was 5,- and not really worth of it. No pool towels.

This is a very cost effective stay if you are on your own or with your partner. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Thanks to Macarena and Gaya to make my stay absolutely comfortable. Montse in spa is very nice and helpful too. Enjoyed the meals too. Kitchen and waiters so nice and hospitable. The chefs are absolute stars. I've noticed gets more options on the weekend. The cleaning staff too very thorough. As well as the tech lads very good. For the manager keep the good work and please pass my appreciation for the staff

I think the AC systems need deep clean. I have noticed musty smell in the room.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice. The shower was spacious and the bathroom clean. The staff were very friendly and the entertainment team did a good job of creating an atmosphere. The lobby area is very relaxing and comfortable to chill out in. We were able to request a later check out time.

I wish the pool would get warmer during the day however it remained very cold for the duration of our stay. I also wish the pool was open a little longer. There is no free WiFi surrounding the hotel and no irons in the rooms.

Great location, nice pool, nice bar area with screen for the Euro 24 matches, nice activities staff who ensured everyone was included if they wanted to be

Away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of salou it’s in old town .Nice and chilled area

10 euros an hour to keep room on .However they gave me a room to have a shower.Staff lovely beautiful hotel

very basic but nice,welcoming hotel. complements to housekeepers-very clean hotel 👌very nice receptionists especially Victoria. Clean hotel & room. Great selection of food at breakfast

It's not the hotel's fault, but 1st night, I assume it was a drunk man, and he was banging and knocking on everyone's doors at 530am, including mine. Which I didn't feel very safe at that point. Under the beds could have been cleaner

Excellent hotel . Room was nice and the restaurant had everything you would like to eat . We had an evening meal and breakfast. Could not Fault it in any way . We would for sure stay there again . Pool outside and lots of room to lay in the sun. We will go back with the family for sure.

Breakfast was really cheap and great, buffet style so all you can eat basically, overall price was great and location is perfect, staff were amazing and really helpful, pool area was quiet which was nice might change coming into the hotter months, no faults at all, HIGHLY recommend.
