Check -in was fine even though I arrived later in the night 9 pm onwards 24 hours. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. If you speak spanish - I think you will get more out of staff . Apparently they speak French as well according to some reviews. English is fine too. The room was very clean, no insects, clearly refurbished recently. Bathroom was cleanish. No mould. Theres a TV .- its watchable.. And you can pick your own toilet roll if you run out from the hallway :). Cleaning staff are freindly. Beds are cosy. If you step out of the hotel there are tourist shops littering the street, plenty of hotels to eat at. Places to eat at 5 to 10 mins walk away , a literal bakery in front of the hotel. A bank down the road. 5 mins if you walk straight out of the front door is the beachfront. there is alo a load of Spar's ... I shopped there very regularly for snacks and water. One in front of the hotel, you have supplies readily available ! Checkout is 24 hour as well, which is great if you have an early flight in the wee hours (3am) . Word of warning ,the alarm will sound . If I went ever back to Can Picafort , I would stay there again. (For clarity took no pics or a video apparently of my room although I'm sure I filmed one, in the family Whatsapp chat...

I wish the door in my room locked properly and the bathroom had a door, and a vent/ like an extractor fan. Clean towels...

Close to the beach , nice view , good breakfast, good value for money.

They don't have door for toilets/shower , not very pleased when you need to.. . 🤣🤣🤣

The staff, the bar with the pool table. The very nice breakfast and the common areas. We didn't have time to enjoy the swimming pool but the area is very nice. Second line from the beach. Nice view from the bedroom.

The only thing we can complain about is that there weren't any door to separate the toilets and the bedroom which is very inconvenient intimicy wise. Also we noticed there aren't any a/c which didn't bother us since it was not warm enough in May but I guess it's worth mentioning.

For a 1 Star Property the faicilities were acceptable, but there were 2 major issues : - Very noisy since it was a crowded street, due to that trying to go asleep with opened door from balcony was not the best idea; - Not having an AC was even worse, could not sleep well; - Also, a double bed was asked for, but, eventually we got 2 single beds.

Excellent location, pool area is excellent with proper wooden sunbeds.

No door on the bathroom or air conditioning, but we’re given a fan!

We were stay here 2nd time as we liked it very much :) hotel is not crowded with lot of people, balcons are private, you can enjoy beautiful sunset or sea view every evening. All shops and restaurants can be found only by crossing the street, sea is 2-3min by foot. Breakfast are fresh, tasty and not cheap as it usual in big hotels. You can chose from variety of meat, cheese and vegetables, corns and other meals. Other meals was not included into our option but I saw that dinner also looks tasty. Staff was supernice, you can feel that you are like at home, atmosphere is very cozy and nice. If we will visit Mallorca, we will definatelly come back here again.

A little bit loudy if you sleep with open windows.

Very good value for the star rating, the hotel was nice and clean and the staff were lovely especially pedro in the bar / dining room.

The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean and mountains were incredible. The location is very close to the beach you are one street away from everything going on in Can Picafort. The staff are very friendly and the room was very clean. Do not be thrown off by the 1 star and negative reviews.
