First of all the location is excellent - its in the middle of Can Picafort, right next to the beach, shops, restaurants and other amenities. Its on the second row to the beach, so its less than a 1 minute walk. It's also fairly easily accesible by public bus, from the main road, as the bus stop is at the top of the road by the Mercadona, including for the A32 airport bus. I was travelling alone, with my bike, so i would say the room was perfect for me, however if i was traveliing with my partner and children, the room would be incredibly cramped with a cot in. The hotel and room were perfect for my 1 week stay. Having a fridge was an absolute plus point and one i wasn't expecting - it makes such a difference being able to have some chilled drinks, fruit, food etc! The kettle, microwave, teas, water etc are downstairs in the public sitting rooms area - although a minor inconvenience to go downstairs to boil the kettle, i really didn't mind. The rooms were very basic, but there were towels in the bathroom, a safe for valuables and out on the balcony a small extendable drying rack for any washing/beach clothes etc. There is a laundrette in the next door building, which is really convenient and seems easy to use - they had instructions in english & spanish. The TV had spanish, french, german and english channels. There was an a/c, but i only used it the first day and worked fine.

Not much. This isn't really a complaint but just a minor point to bear in mind for other travellers - the lift is quite small, but i did manage to fit in my bike bag (vertically), with myself and a backpack, with a bit of a squeeze.

Very modern and close to the beach, free potsble water plus option to use beach accessories and a microwave, supermarkets/restaurants/bus station 5-10 minutes nearby. Fridge in the room and reliable cleaning service. We even had a large balcony with sea view despite not booking it directly.

Breakfast could have had more variety but still offers everything you need to fill your stomach.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Rooms with sea views are bright and cozy. The choice of breakfast is not large, but the food is fresh and constantly added. The service staff is pleasant and helpful. The hotel provides drinking water, coffee and tea. There is a vending machine for night guests, luggage storage and a shower that can be used before check-in or after check-out.

Clean and nice accommodation with Air Con. Great location - Super close to the sea and to everything in the area. Very nice staff. The room has a fridge. Great cozy lounge with free coffee, beach stuff and tea. There's a nice terrace too where you can see everything from up above.

No thrash can in the room, just a tiny one in the bathroom Renovated bathroom but some parts like shower door handles and inside of shower cabin don't look that good. Small room if you don't get the sea view balcony, but probably you won't spend much time indoors anyway.

Good value for money. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Modern and clean. Friendly & helpful receptionist. Also, we found a parking space easily each day, in June (free street parking - just be careful with the yellow lines). The room had everything we needed, and they did a good job with providing enough storage/hangers/place to dry your clothes. Would come back again.

Bad smell on hallways + rooftop terrace one of the days, but was gone the next day. I'm thinking maybe there's septic tanks that get periodically cleared, which may or may not be a general issue in the area, I don't know.

The property was very clean (thanks for the kind housekeeper lady) and the staff was always ready to answer our questions.

The location turned out to not be the best one for us, but it really depends on the purpose of your vacation and your needs. This specific area is incredibly touristy and we didn’t really like the vibe of the area. Also, breakfast was delicious (without cooked dishes, like omlets), but it could be more various. Having the exact same things to eat for 5-6 mornings is not the best for a vacations.

There could be vegetables at breakfast. The room lacked a kettle and teas. There was one kettle available downstairs. Rooms should be cleaner.

I’m absolutely satisfied with the service. Everything is clean, common areas smell nice and clean. It’s filled up with tea bags, coffee, water, there are cups available, the rooms are equipped with everything the client needs, even a little fridge. It’s situated few steps away from the beach. The staff is very helpful, professional and welcome. It’s a great experience staying here. For the price it’s absolutely perfect!!!

It is really well located. The check in went very smoothly. The room has a good size, is very well decorated and the bed is really comfy. Breakfast is genuinely Spanish, with everything carefully served. I loved the scent of the reception room every time we arrived and entered the hotel.

Nothing to not like

I was there with my best friend and we both really loved it! The comfort of a hotel with the more familiar hospitality of a hostel. It's located super close to the beach and the main street with all the restaurants and shops is also just a minute walk away. A big plus was the umbrellas you could just grab for the beach! Also parking on the street was free and always a spot available, so no need to worry for those who have a car.

There's a sliding door for the bathroom that doesn't really close in a soundproof way. It didn't bother us at all, but maybe it does for others.
