Very friendly and helpful staff. Room did. meet our expectations (superior room) and was spacious with a comfortable bed. Location in the center was great and we had a nice walk and a good dinner in a recommended restaurant.

One thing was that my car was to big for the parking but the staff helped out with a one-night solution. I don’t consider the VW Touran to be a big car but if so a hint to that limitation on the space available in the underground garage is certainly something I would expect. The wifi connection in room was terrible to non existing. One night can do without but if I would stay longer that would have become an issue. Not sure whether that was due to our room to be in a corner or a general issue but that needs to be addressed.

Comfortable, clean room complete with safe deposit, TV, Minibar and Air Conditioning In a good location for the town centre

We didn't take breakfast as we have stayed before and didn't find it value for money. Perhaps it's a better offering now but we're now into the Spanish way of a light breakfast and main meal during the afternoon.

Good, comfortable and clean hotel with friendly staff.

The location of the hotel was a little disappointing for tourists due to lack of restaurants, bars and tourism destinations within walking distance.

it was very central. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable.

The hotel has an underground carpark which was really useful as parking in the city is a nightmare. However the entrance and ramps are really tight. we have an Opel Combo…I wouldn’t want to use the carpark with a car that was too much bigger!

Room is clean and comfortable, it is not as big as expected but that’s not a big deal. What I love about this place are the Staff that ladies on the reception are very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Their Manager I guess even offered to bring our car out from the parking. What an Angel I could have not done it myself ✌️😁

Easy check in and spacious bedroom. It was only an overnight stay but we found it very comfortable and good value for money.

Parking was a little expensive (15 euros) and extremely small!

Located in the center, but I’ve been there just for a night, to be closer to Castellon airport after visiting Valencia. The staff was nice and friendly and help me with booking a taxi for the next morning and printing boarding cards.

Very comfortable and large room.

If the lady at the checking-in has been very professional , in the morning for checking-out her colleague mentioned the parking was for free whereas it has been billed 12€ by the hotel and on top of that I have had to pay for exit 27€. Not nice at all.

Generous room size, very clean and nice

The room was located at ground floor, window view on a small interiour yard with no light and fresh air. Nothing like the pictures advertised on booking where sun was coming through the window.

We had a premium room - excellent with a lot of space. it was very near the lifts but the sound-proofing was completely effective as we never heard them. Breakfast was very good too. The car park access is very narrow but we got in and out - and the parking itself is spacious and secure.

No plug in the basin in our room. That’s all we can think of.
