Large room, location, coffee and the large bath

It was noisy due to tables and people hanging out in front of our window. It was also the fair week so loud music which was not the hotels fault but did impact sleep even though there were ear plugs provided. Perhaps the hotel could have warned of this as we would have booked a hotel slightly further from the central square. It was also disappointing we could not get into the square as the police had cordoned it off... again, not the hotels fault! TV could not be watched from the bed... still gave it a rare 10 though 😊

The hotel is in the old town centre of Salamanca and is reached by some narrow one way streets. Not the easiest place to find even with a TomTom Satnav. Had to park on the pavement alongside the hotel to carry our bags into reception. Thankfully the hotel has reserved space in a secure underground car park directly opposite. Got checked in and took the lift to the 4th floor bedroom. The bedroom was large, well appointed and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Being so centrally located there were many bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and we found a superb restaurant upstairs in the nearby main square. Continental breakfast in morning was extremely good and set us up for the day.

Location is the most central hotel in Salamanca, the staff on arrival were really accommadating and were waiting for us as a party of 7 on motorcycles. The front of house lady made sure we got to our underground parking ensuring we got checked with minimal effort and time.

The hotel is very old but authentic, although the room decor was dated it was in good condition and clean. This wasnt a negative from this group but some people may have different expectation. Perhaps the single lift was in constant use on check out so slowed teh group getting out down to reception. Again this is a bit picky and not a huge issue.

Excellent location, right next to the market and the main square. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also good.

Since it's in the middle of the old town parking might be an issue. I looked for a hotel with parking, this should claimed to have but didn't. There was a public parking a few hundred meters away so no big deal in the end.

The staff was amazing and gave us advice on where to park, what to see, and even the best time to visit certain places. They even advised us the best restaurant and tapas bar. Just amazing. People are really the greatest asset of this place!! The position of the hotel did the rest, as it is in the center of the town. You really cannot get any more central!

Location was excellent. Walked everywhere. Had the laundromat next door so was happy to have freshly washed clothes there. Beautiful room with refrigerator. Really enjoyed it.

Young adults are out all through the night. Screaming and laughing. Partying. At dawn you can look out and see them sitting on the curb out front of the hotel, loitering. Luckily the hotel provides ear plugs and eye blinds to help sleep. But I was always exhausted so didn't need, fell asleep fine.

excellent location, the staff was super helpful and nice. just a few steps of the market and Plaza Mayor, a lot of restaurants and taperuas near, very close by walk from the mayor attractions.

the noise at night was terrible sadly, since are a lot of bars and restaurants near, people does a lot of noise at 12-2-3 am, a lot of glasses noise when the garbage truck does his job in the early morning

Great location. Steps away from the Plaza Major and other sites.

The hallways lights are on a sensor and you have to step out into a pitch black hallway before it turns on, feels really unsafe. There are parts of the hallway where the sensor doesn’t pick up movement and someone could be hiding.

Exceptionally helpful front desk staff. Size of room was perfect, Loved the big windows that opened to get fresh air. Good AC. Great Location

Soundproofing from outside could be better. On the weekends it can get loud late in the evening.

The location is superb The staff esp Benny is super helpful The room big and clean The buffet breakfast is good They have free coffee inaide the room

Its not the Hotels fault but it was so very noisy outside. Students/people are still in the street at 10pm to 4am When we were there the AC not working but we just open the windows and its ok
