The apartment had a good amount of space and was well divided between the 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living/dining area and separate kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed: plates/cups/cutlery as well as pots & pans (2-burner stovetop), a toaster, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher and mini fridge/freezer. The bathroom had a ton of counter space and the balcony was ideal for drying bathing suits. Pool towels were available from the lifeguards and there was a grocery store walking distance away. The beach nearby was a bit of a hike to walk, but an easy <5 min drive. There was an A/C unit, but it didn't seem to work very well so we mostly left the windows open.

The pool didn't open until 11am, which was frustrating for our kids, but there was a kids club and entertainment which we enjoyed. It would have been nice to have shutters for the front windows to help minimize noise/light at night. The evening entertainment went until at least 1030pm and with the windows in the bedroom open for ventilation it was difficult for the kids to fall asleep.

The accommodations was great. I loved the night show. Beautiful flamenco 💃 Danse. We had two disabled persons in our family and they gave us a room next to the elevator and even included the disability parking for our car at no extra charge. I wish we could stay longer. Anyway it is a place to return and recommend for sure🫶

Would love to have Wi-Fi in rooms too but it wasn’t a big miss

We had a comfortable mini apparent overlooking the pool. The complex is in very good conditions. The swimming pool is very inviting. The sea side is not to far: one can walk there or borrow/rent a bicycle at the reception.

The breakfast is served in a restaurant outside the main complex: it is good, but not worth the walking (I am lazy in the morning), I would rather make breakfast myself. The complex is attached to what should have been a defunct (or barely alive) shopping centre. The nearby supermarket is convenient, but the rest is quite depressing.

Since it was off-season, we were quite pleased at the price for a villa with half-board. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were quite good and varied, even for a vegetarian. If you’re looking to lose weight, you’re in the wrong place! The large bathroom and extra toilet were a real plus for two couples.

The second bedroom was rather small and without a bedside table. The living room and dining area were somewhat lacking in character. Mosquitoes can be a problem. Ants were just about everywhere. Sprinkling baking soda on their holes will keep them from coming back.

The pool area was beautiful and the apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a short break with 2 small children. Options on the buffet were perfect for what we needed and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Travelling with 2 small children who don't work on Spanish time... the evening "entertainment" was really loud and late (approx 10pm - 11.30pm) but they were so tired after beach and pool that they didn't really mind!

The pool is quite nice, the facilities in general are well maintained. There is late check-in available. We arrived quite late to the hotel and the air conditioning of the apartment wasn’t working. The hotel promptly resolved the issue the morning after.

House keeping is only every 3 days, which could be reduced to 2 days since we only stay there for 3 nights, so the apartment wasn’t cleaned the whole stay.

lovely pool area, lovely room, my husband doesn’t eat meat and there was nice fish in the buffet every day so he didn’t have to eat just veggies which is usually an issue for us. food was very nice too.

there was a long general power cut one of the days. pool is closed until 11 so we were stuck in the room with no power for a few hours no tv no air con and breakfast was very limited due to the same. no hot drinks or juices due to this. i would expect a hotel to have an emergency generator for these things.

The hotel and grounds are spotless and the staff are wonderful. We were a bit sceptical as the location is a little further out than we'd hoped for but the food at the buffet was amazing and the pool was so clean.

The park needs refurbishing as the swings are about ready to collapse and the mini club needs some funding to get new equipment and toys. It's such a shame that the 'shopping centre' next door is closed... it could be amazing if it could attract the business.

Breakfast and Dinner was ok but to be honest extra money for drinks especially when they not inform you about a cost are ridicules in 2023. Room was clean and big enough, all necessary things to live were there. Hotel is 15 minutes walk from ocean. Carrefour is about 150 metres from apartments.
