Good location, very close to the marina, suite was nice and had a great balcony offering full privacy, it was on the north/west corner, so we got to see the sunset and Far d’Artrutx. Suite was lovely, bedroom was big, bathroom had both a tub and a shower, living room had a nice couch.

Maybe lacked a couple utensils more, the knife was without sharpness, no wine glasses, no bowls in which you could use for chips, salads etc. Also the spa is very small and to use a sauna you had to go into the pool area first and there was no closet where you could change clothes, also no shower.

Great buffet breakfast. Staff exceptional esp Gema, Sergio and Augustin at the bistro/bar and Lucia at breakfast. Very clean everywhere. Great nightly entertainment. Lovely pool area, well kept gardens. Great location for the port with restaurants. Very comfy beds and AC great. Great hotel, would definitely recommend.

Had a late flight so out of the room at 12. They had a room to store the bags but weren't told there was a facility to shower after a hot day. Minor detail but would have been nice to know

Very clean, comfortable, friendly helpful staff, a wide variety of food, excellent choice for vegetarians, indoor and outdoor restaurant tables, clean swimming pool. A very well cared for hotel.

No toilet close to the pool or at least we couldn’t find one nor was there any signage to a pool side toilet. We either had to go to our room or walk through the hotel to reception. Should think this was difficult with children. The old problem of reserving sun beds! There are always some guests who just ignore all the requests to not do so.

The hotel is lovely and clean.the bathrooms need updating but are very useful with 2 showers and very clean.The staff are absolutely fantastic every one of them and they work so hard!

Shower in room to use was a bit useless and sprayed outside the cubicle Other than that nothing!

The property is really well maintained and the staff are very helpful and kind which goes a long way. The buffet breakfast and dinner great quality. Really enjoyed my stay here and special to Monika, Victor and Gabriela who made us aware of the festival in the main town and that absolutely made our break.

Only downside and it’s slight is the dinner finishes too early so if they can push it to 10 pm it would make a world of difference as you rush back to the hotel when out so you don’t miss dinner which ends at 9pm

This is a top property - everything was simply perfect. Very spacious apartment, spacious bathroom, full kitchen, amazing views. Everything top. The breakfast was abundant and super delicious and the dinner was amazing too. So tasty! The location is more than excellent, few minutes walk from the Port and restaurants. We really loved the place and recommend it. Very helpful and nice staff!

great location and great rooms with plenty of space. hotel staff were helpful and friendly- all areas clean and fresh.

in early May night time temperatures drop quite a bit and the room has no insulation so it did get cold. Aircon would only cool down- not able to heat.

I’m really pleased with this place. For starters, service is fantastic - they really try hard to make you feel at home (even the cleaning ladies!) Secondly, covid measures are taken really seriously here, with every staff wearing a face covering during all times. Pool is bloody amazing. Room is a one bed apartment, very very spacious. They have their own parking. Breakfast is also superb!! Kudos to Simon (waiter at the restaurant), Marina and Monica at the reception (you’re great!), Jose (restaurant manager who didn’t charge me for the dreadful dinner).

Now the negatives: dinner is dire (stay away from half board); parking is far too small; they charge a small fortune for use of the safe in the room; no washing up liquid and a sponge in the kitchen; spa seems great but sadly it is hard to use given that it’s manned by one person only who does pretty much everything (masseur, reception etc); all in all, Amazing hotel, never mind Carema Beach which isn’t good by the way - we’ve been there.
