Great location! more importantly it was safe. We left our beach stuff to dry outside our balcony and next day our stuff was still there :)

Only one AC in the living room that can’t cool the bedrooms. Bedrooms were too hot to sleep. We had to requested fans. Bathroom toilet was kind of broken. No security lock inside the entrance door. Safe didn’t work.

Ac in all bedrooms and sitting room, very good. They had a separate WiFi modem in the apartment also with a smart TV in each room and sitting room. Great for when kids get bored. Great facilities

A bit of a walk from block 3 to the main reception

- The location, very close to Ciudadela de Menorca - Lot of parking spots available on the street - Very friendly staff - The food of their restaurant is amazing

- Was surprised to see the water heater on top of the closet in my bedroom - The bedroom was not clean properly as there were some stains on the floor. - All the keys of the apartment are inseparable and one the key is used to turn on the electricity in the property. Therefore if one has to go out and the others stay in the property, we have always to cut off the electricity, unlock the front door then lock it again and turn on the electricity back.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Much more modern than looks on the photos. Lovely pool area, nice clean modern apartments, very spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Excellent blackout curtains in bedrooms. Quiet location. They were able to provide us with a stair gate and got someone to fit it for us as the staircase was tricky to fit it to. Kids enjoyed the soft play on site. Convenient supermarkets on site.

The only down side to our apartment was the back area where the outdoor table and chairs were was completely in the shade (and a little damp in the morning), and the front of the apartment was in full sun come lunchtime, so was a bit tricky making it pleasant to eat outside the apartment for breakfast and lunch. We didn't ask for a parasol but maybe something to provide shade round the front would be good.

First of all and the most important to me, the apartment was super clean. The pool area is really nice to chill. There are many restaurants on the streets around the apartments, and also some rental car services. 10 min by car to Ciutadella and Cala en Bosc (amazing location to go for dinner), and 25-30 min to Cala Galdana. Another super bonus is the incredible sunset view right in the end of the street. If you rely on the bus, there’s a bus stop in front of the main entrance.

Everything We were unsure what Maribel property we were staying in until arriving, we were very happy with Maribel 3 both in its close proximity to the sea and the cluster of restaurants in both directions. It is a very quiet and peaceful area. The pools were checked several times a day and everywhere was clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Maribel 3 and we would definitely return.

Nothing that we couldn’t put up with..!

We stayed at the place with my partner and a friend. Having 2 seperate rooms was very convenient. The apartment was bright and spacious. The balcony had seaview and it was lovely to have breakfast and and spend some time on the balcony. Kitchen and kitchenware seemed alright although we didn't use much except having breakfasts & having teas :) There was a supermarket just behind the place we stayed and there was fresh bread & pastry along with mini versions of everything you can imagine :) One-cook pasta sizes, travel size of suncreams, aftersuns. We find it very useful. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't have any insect issues (living in Spain already, we were a bit afraid of this but we were safe inside :D). The location was amazing, just 5-10 mins drive from Ciutadella city center which is lovely. There were 2 beaches (calas) very close to the place (10 mins on foot); it was possible to watch the sunset from the balcony but was much better at the seaside which was only 2 mins walk down. We normally went to Ciutadella to have dinner but it was full of nice restaurants around also (with some variety like Indian, Italian cuisine, or Irish pub, etc.) and everything was open although we stayed at the place in October.

it was not a big deal but we expected to have some salt, olive oil etc. as the basics in the kitchen but there wasn't :)

We were upgraded us to a private flat with a private pool. The location is amazing and the facilities were great. There was a supermarket open until late and on Sunday that is located on the property, making it very convenient. When we checked out, we had a problem with the keys and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The shower leaked through the top floor and into the living room on the bottom floor. They offered to move us but nothing really happened.

Friendly, professional, informative lady on reception. Apartment was very clean and well kept. Perfect for our short stay. Location was great for access to beach, bars and restaurants

An extra toulet for a 3 double room apartment would have been good

The apartment was lovely, very clean, modern and well equipped. The pool area, restaurant and games room were all fab too and never too busy. Location was perfect, the complex was surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff in reception and the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. I was only sorry that I didn't get to say thanks in person to the lovely lady on reception, I was rushing off to get the airport shuttle that we were so happy to see as we thought it wasn't going to turn up! Would definitely recommend Maribel apartments :-)

Nothing really. Was a bit surprised that our apartment was outside of the main complex but in the end it was only a few minutes walk away.
