Location great, hotel and rooms immaculate. Staff friendly and can’t do enough to make your stay fantastic. Rooms are clean, comfy beds. I stayed bead and breakfast so can only say the breakfast was outstanding can’t comment on lunch and evening meal as did have.

Arrived at 11am didn’t get room until just after 3pm. Asked a few times at reception, staff were fantastic but I couldn’t understand why when cleaners/maids knew we were waiting they didn’t do our room rather than other rooms no one was waiting on. I appreciate there are procedures but would have made our holiday if we had g had waited so long

First time doing an adults only holiday - we were not disappointed. When we arrived we were offered a welcome drink (orange, water or cava), the check-in was smooth and efficient with all the hotels facilities etc. explained in detail. We were then taken to our excellent terrace room by the porter. We quickly showered and headed to the incredibly peaceful pool area with plenty of free beds (same all week) and NO LOUD MUSIC - Brilliant!!!! The Hotel food is excellent and we opted for HB. All the staff are polite and attentive - we will be back! PS. Make use of the daily free shuttle bus service to Ciutadella.

The museum at Cuitdella was brilliant with art galleries as well. A truly cultural experience

Maybe not directly on the beach but only a slight thing Maybe a shuttle bus into Cuitdella at night. Could this be arranged?

Overall we had a great week away at this hotel. Breakfast - good selection and good quality. Pool is great, comfortable loungers. Dinner, Overall good quality. The high ratings & reviews on food set a high expectation which on occasions proved slightly disappointing.

Evening entertainment was average and poorly attended so lacked atmosphere. It’s a small, quiet hotel with nothing in particular to dislike.

Hotel met my expectations in all aspects, room was clean, spacious and comfortable, breakfast excellent with a very wide selection of fresh hot and cold ingredients. Also enjoyed use of the spa facilities included in the price.

Frankly the quality of the hotel far exceeded the standards of the surrounding resort, all in all not very impressed with the local beaches or tourist amenities. The hotel was by far the best thing about the stay. Also, and this is certainly not a criticism, but the average age of the clientele is quite high, guests should be aware that this is not a hotel for young people as some of the nearby hotels clearly are.

- staff is very pro active and smiling - the swimming pool area is great - the beds are really comfortable

- Some shows start too late. - Afternoon there is no offering of program by the swimming pool, would be nice to have an hour of sometbing

Not easy to find anything to fault here. Staff very courteous and mostly efficient. Room was spacious and well equipped. Pool was excellent with easy access from our garden room. Food was also excellent. Convenient for Cuitadella which is delightful.

Being an adults only resort it attracts an older clientele so the atmosphere is more gentille than energetic. However there are (allegedly) some more lively night spots nearby.

The staff (specially the waiting staff) were not only very professional, helpful and nice, but they also went up and beyond friendliness treatment. The level of implication with customers is outstanding as they just want you to have the best experience.

The hotel is located in a nice area, full of resorts and facilities but very quiet. The hotel itself is very quiet and clean. The restaurant is absolutely top.

The only thing we were a little upset was the fact that the shuttle bus to ciutadella (offered by the hotel) was only at two timing in the morning.

This hotel is fantastic, from the staff, to the environment, to the delicious food served in the restaurant every day. The spa facilities are lovely, and the treatments fantastic. Don't hesitate to book this place, nothing is too much trouble and we were beautifully looked after.
